Señor Wok — Restaurant in Commerce

I used to look at this place as what an ideal "Chinese" restaurant ought to be but in the past year their quality has significantly declined. I still love the fact that they always give an extra hand of what you order, as opposed to other places like Panda Express where if you ask for some of their chicken they give you so little this place fills you up with chicken all the way. That is amazing but sometimes a customer may not want so much, in that case I believe such a responsibility is bestowed to the customer. In addition the chicken isn't as good as it used to be, their are so bent on giving more that they are losing the quality of the chicken, most of the chicken I got was the chewy-bit, the part that is not edible, had to put most of it aside.

Their sauce. Their once wonderful red sauce that they give to you in those little cups used to be my favorite; it was absolutely delicious. But now, the fluid is not as thick as it once was, they add too much water to it just to have and give more sauce, in consequence the quality of the sauce went from solid 8 to like a 1 (in a scale of 1-10 where 10 is the best, and 1 is the worst). Really disappointed in that. The same is true for their Teriyaki sauce.

Some leeway is given because of COVID-19. The expectations should be low but, they have far passed any low expectation.

Really hope they can turn around and come back to their past quality, or perhaps even better. Would love to start coming back to this place.

P.S I feel like they put too much of like a minty flavor to it. I don't know what it is but I don't think its a good...

This place doesn't even deserve A star. They have TERRIBLE costumer service and are very unclean and disgusting. They left us standing there for half an hour as they "cleaned" then when we were finally tendered to, she acted as if it was a problem when I asked her to wash her hands. Everything was dirty, there was cross contamination and both girls were very rude. One being an Alondra Martes. They refused to give us a business card and were very snarky. They told us we could not eat there and that we must have our food to go but continued to seat everyone else which caused us to think it was a racial thing being that we were the only ones standing out. We showed nothing but politeness and were showed nothing but horrible customer service from the moment we walked in. This just happened last night of 12/26/17. Workers appeared as a young Hispanic woman and older short chunky woman, I hope to reach corporate as it seems that there is no authority on...

Worst eperience I ever had!! i would rate them a 0 if i could. My mom ordered shrimp soup and the soup had no shrimp. we then addressed the issue with one of the ladies who claims to be the manager. She then made a comment to her coworker that "everyone who gets the soup eats the shrimp and then asks for more". She was accusing my mom of eating the shrimp that never appeared in her soup. She told my mom "I can give you your money back if you don't like it". My mom said she would want the shrimp. She then gave her 6 shrimp with the worst attitude I've ever came across. She was being sarcastic the whole time. This is the type of person representing the restaurant. It is embarrassing and disgusting.

To be continued, I ordered chicken teriyaki that was pink (RAW) on the inside. WE LEFT THE PLACE. NEVER...
