I came in today! Told the lady I just wanted to look around. She asked me a million questions. Followed me around with a book. I told her again. Thank you so much but I would like to just look around. I felt so awkward, I get it. You want to make a sell but I was totally turned off by the way she disregarded the fact that I wanted to look and told her I would find her if I had questions. I also told her I was looking for a specific sectional and she tried to persuade me to look at a different couch (not a sectional and not the color i wanted) I would have possibly purchased from them but the standing over my shoulder and following me around the store made me just walk out. They are great before the sale but they will do you no favors after the sale. I bought dinning room chairs several years ago & 1 has gotten stained just on the seat & one skirt so I was looking for the fabric to recover. When I talked with Sanders they tried to sell me a new chair & asked how much labor cost to recover, I said let me get the fabric cost first. At first I said I need 3.5 Yards. They quoted me 65.00 per yard, I don't know fabric cost but when they said 40 dollars freight from Indiana I knew I was getting the shaft. That would be 300 just for the fabric plus reupholstering cost. NO, they wanted to build their profit to more than a new chair. I didn't get to go in because they were closed. I went in a few weeks ago and bought 2 lamps. And I bought a set of mattress from them about a month ago. I'm going back tomorrow to see about getting some bar stools. They have some I'm interested in. Just trying to make up my mind which ones I want. I love doing business with them.
