I was supposed to have my new refrigerator delivered on Monday because ours gave out last Sunday. We had to try and salvage whatever we could from our fridge and went a bought a cooler and filled it with us to tide us over until Monday eveningās delivery 4-7pm. I called a couple of times and it kept going to VM. Finally someone answered at 5:30pm because I wanted to make that they told the drivers to let me know if our gate was closed since I live in apartments. The person who answered the phone informed that my delivery was canceled. She said I should have received an email notification. I didnāt receive anything. She continued to tell me that she had received 5 phone calls from angry customers who never received a phone call. She then told me that they should have called me also. She explained that because the company was merging or getting bought off the drivers quit so she didnāt have any drivers. I asked why didnāt I receive a phone call? She told me that she was the store manager and was very upset that customers didnāt know. I then told her well if your the store manager and you have customers calling you because theyāre upset about not getting their delivery as a store manager I would think that you would go through your list of deliveries for the day and call them to ensure that they are aware. She then said that I would get delivery on Wednesday or Thursday. Then she said Thursday or Friday. I asked her please be specific because I took the day off of work and have to talk to my boss about taking another unpaid day off. The store managers name is Emily, she says. She then proceeded to tell me that she understood my frustration but that I was taking it personal. I said yes I am taking it personal because I had to take a day off, try to live off of a cooler until Thursday for myself and my family. She kept cutting me off and talking over me. I told her that I couldnāt believe she was a store manager because she was not being professional at all. She accused me of cutting her off and going back and forth with info but she was the one who was being rude, having an attitude and raising her voice at me. I was very disappointed and just so frustrated and upset. I couldnāt believe how ridiculously rude she was. She was no longer representing the company but her own personal issues and she thought I was going to swallow and take everything she was telling me with no feedback. No way! Wrong person today. My first time coming here and definitely the last. Sad to say but I guess thatās what I should have expected from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI give this place -5 stars. They will come to your workplace and try to collect. Money from you. They will also setup auto pay without consent on any card you use to make a payment. They also will be really nasty and try to come pick up your item if you miss a single payment. Also they charge double retail price of the bat, and only give you like 3 months to pay it off or you'll be stuck with payments until you decide to return the item to them. I have to report fraud to my bank and also am considering suing them...
