Sit 'n Sleep — Local services in Commerce

I’m store experience was GREAT! The manger at the commerce store was very helpful and polite. However, when it came to my delivery I experienced the worse delivery possible. I was asked if I would like my old mattress to be picked up and taken up delivery with my new one. I automatically said yes! I mean what was the old mattress needed for right? The delivery didn’t even last 10 minutes as the loaders just dropped off the new mattress and left. My paper work clearly stated that the old mattress was to be picked up. When I called the customer service department they gave me the run around and said the drives could not return back to pick up the old mattress. I asked to speak to their supervisor and instead was transferred to the dispatching department where the girl advised me that I should receive a call back from them by 6PM however if I didn’t to give them a call back. UPDATE: 3/4/24 Have to reduce the amount of stars due to a poor delivery experience. I was informed that the delivery team would be calling me by 6pm on Saturday with an arrival window. The call wasn't made to the phone number I gave the store, but rather to my wife's number which was used for a store purchase 5 years ago. We ended up being stuck with a 7am delivery on a Monday morning. (Work, school, etc. would be impacted)

When I attempted to call Sit n Sleep delivery at 6:30PM, they had been closed since 5pm. I attempted to text the number that had called my wife's phone, I was informed that there is no way to push the arrival time out.

If the number I gave the store was called, all of this would've likely been avoided.

I walked into Sit n Sleep for the very first time two days ago. I sort of knew what I was looking for but needed some guidance because they have a huge selection. No one greeted me. I walked around for a bit and still no one even acknowledged that I was there. I left the store dissapointed and without a mattress. I searched at other furniture stores and decided to give sit n sleep another chance to compare prices. I’m so happy I did! Robert Cueva helped me, he acknowledged when I walked in and although he was busy with another client he said he would be right with me. He was very courteous and helpful, never pushy he gave me my space and was very informative. I left the store with an amazing deal, a comfy mattress, and a great experience. Robert truly made the experience of buying a mattress a breeze! I’m looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress and I am very happy I gave sit n sleep a second chance....
