I bought a tv from best buy. Told me to pick it up in an hr. I went to the warehouse it told me to pick it up from and no one answered. I drove to compton best buy and the manager Ken was very nice and helpful. Told me there is no phone number to call best buy. I was like how can I get my tv if best buy warehouse is closed and they dont know when they will open again or no phone number. I was frustrated understandably. I was then directed to drive to best buy 109 in west LA. Drove there and they told me I have to wait another 30 min. I'm currently still waiting at the geek squad area waiting to see if I can get my tv from them. Really bad customer service overall in general. I can see why amazon and other online services are so big. The aggravation of going out and trying to pick up something you bought and is yours is such a hassle. Never again best buy! You got me...
