Excellent customer service:. The employees are professional, courteous, and all including the manager/owner are ready and able to assist you in finding products, answering questions re products and they actual have a security guard who is visible and alert--which is more than I can say about other grocery stores. . The prices are good and in some cases lower than other stores. I personal enjoy that they have products from Sweden (like chocolates-- my go to for Christmas gifts), Germany, Italy and other foreign countries which introduces you to good, lower priced products versus popular high price named brands, which of course they do have, your choice. . This excites me: My first stop when I enter the store, is a throw back to the 60s and 70s grocery stores when I use to shop with my Mom. At Grocery Outlet, sometimes at the entrance door to the left are hidden gems. Budget helpers, items they got too much off?, or soon to be expired items, or maybe items people were not willing to try at regular prices. Back then grocers did not trash/ throw away food, they passed it on to there customers at a substantially lower price. Yeah!!! . This is my first feed back, but always a positive money saving pleasant experience when I shop Grocery Outlet. You go...
Read moreThe Grocery Outlet is more than a grocery store or outlet. It has become a staple in our community. I have chosen to make this a go to place for all my grocery and now my adult children are shopping there too. I like having a choice of free range chicken and non gmo beef products, organic fruit and vegetables. I found soups and pastas that now I can't live without. Being a senior on a budget and my doctors advice is to eat healthier meals; full of dark leafy greens, more vegetables and fruits, you know all the good stuff, because FOOD REALLY DOES MATTER, right! So where to go and how much will it cost, to buy healthier foods? Start at the Grocery Outlet, because the Grocery Outlet carries a variety of healthy choice foods, and the cost was well within my budget. Compared to local grocery stores prices for the same choices, does not exist, because most local grocery stores don't carry these products. Or if they do carry them, the selection is limited (they have more shelf space for soda and sweet snacks, then what is truly healthy). Here is the challenge, to eating healthier, don't delay or make excuses, just visit the Grocery Outlet, read your labels and be amazed. I'm happy with my discoveries and my choices. Read moreI called at 2:15 pm today I asked the dumb lady over the phone if they had turkey injectors and she had said yes. I came over to the store 15 mins after that walked around the store looking for the item and no where to be found so I proceed and ask this rude lady over at the cash register. She had no idea who was on the phone and said she probably left… which makes no sense but anyways she was rude so I asked for the manager and he was rude as well and couldn’t provide me the name of the woman over the phone because I plan on calling corporate because they clearly wasted my time. Instead of making a report on the lady over the phone I’m reporting the cashier and manager for being rude to me. I’ve been coming here for the longest and this is the rudest they’ve been and I’ll no longer be coming to this location for such poor service. They shouldn’t hire young people to work here clearly they didn’t finish their education. The lady in the front was very nice I didn’t catch her name along with the security guard they seem to be older and have more knowledge and were kind and understanding. Get help...
