Panda Express — Restaurant in Compton

The employees here are mostly young and do not have a problem talking back to you. No customer service at all. I asked a sample question about serving me in a box with 2 entrees and chow mein in it they seem like they didnt know what I was talking about. They did not know how to educate me that they do plates now. I mentioned that I just recently went to another panda and they have boxes. She said this aint this panda now is it??? What kind of service is this.??? Attitude from high schoolers that have no education or professionalism. No one is training these people. The service is extremely sub par, placed an order through the uber app and upon receiving the order we had an entire entree missing aswell as the only utensils given had a destroyed wrapping and were exposed effectively making it useless.

So on my precious short lunch I drove over to correct the issue. Upon arriving I see they are not busy with only 2 people outside. Employees standing around talking and 2 black shirts standing around talking aswell and i know these to be the managers, not one sorry or apology just dirty looks like I was in the wrong. Worse place I've been too. Watched several employees not on duty reach over food trying to feed their friends and family. One worker packed a small box of food to give to someone, takes it to the person, open the box, they didn't want it and she brought it back and dumped it back where she got it from. That was unsanitary. Your are NOT supposed to do that per US health and safety code. Once the food has been served to an individual, you are not to put the food back with others. Contamination! Yuck!
