I went to Hildaās Uniform Shop on a Saturday to buy sweaters, pants, and tops for my son. I also paid extra to have his school logo and name embroidered on the sweaters. They told me the sweaters would be ready by Wednesday, and my receipt clearly stated that.
On Wednesday, I took time off work to pick them up. When I arrived, the sales associate couldnāt find my order and accused me of coming on the wrong dayādespite my receipt saying otherwise. No one apologized for the mistake. They started embroidering the sweaters while I was there, so I decided to wait since I had already made the trip.
When they were done, I noticed immediately that the first letter of my sonās last name was lowercase instead of uppercase. I brought it up, but the associate just shrugged and said, āThatās how the machine did it,ā with no apology or offer to fix it. I asked for a refund or discount, and was told ānoā without hesitation.
I left feeling upset, but came back a few minutes later to speak with a manager. Another employee was slightly more helpful and offered to fix itābut the embroidery machine was broken, so Iād have to come back again. I asked again for a refund or discount for the inconvenience of now having to make a third trip, and they refused again.

I was hesitant to come here at first but since Target and Fallas didn't have enough of the sizes we needed (my son is tall), we decided to try somewhere else. Oh boy am I glad! You get very nice service from the moment you step in the store. I found it weird that they have to buzz you in to get in, maybe because of its location, but once you get past that first "tight security" impression, the service and attention more than makes up for it. The fabrics have excellent quality, I can tell I won't have to be buying more pants and shirts for my kid mid-year due to wear and tear.
