So everything was fine at first. I went a month ago through drive through and a young man helped me and was awesome. Fast forward to today and a young lady helped me in drive through but told me I had to walk in to pay with card. Even after I pleaded with her because I didn’t have enough mask in the car for my children but she still declined so I went in. Well once entering the male employee working the front cash register was already arguing with another young lady about ice, which was really uncomfortable how he was talking to the young lady. The woman in drive through was completely ignoring me so I just waited for the next register to open to place my order again. Placed the same order from drive through but then noticed a special that was basically the same thing so I canceled my order and ordered the special well this must’ve been a HUGE inconvenience for the staff because the male employee who was arguing with the other young lady stormed off and told them to stop making my order. They were rolling their eyes and throwing my food in the bag Lol and yes they messed up my sides so I had to send it back and guess what I found when I got home to eat my meal. HAIR, HAIR, HAIR!!! I was so grossed out and disgusted I threw it out. Told my grandmother and aunt who always goes there I recommend never going back and to all of you I wouldn’t recommend going there either. Read moreBAD BAD BAD customer service. But like my son said..it's our fault for coming to this KFC where we already know they have bad customer service. What can we expect from the cashiers if the supervisors have lack of customer service and professionalism. We had to go back 2 times!! First they forgot my biscuits, but it's a thing already. They always forget them or short them. Then they forgot my fries on my chicken sandwich COMBO!! So we had to go back again. And the cashier and supervisor didn't even apologize, they talked to us with an attitude, like if it was us getting the order wrong. They just throw everything in the window and walk away. Look I understand you guys are tired and want to go home. But while you are in the clock you have to do your job right and have good customer service. Read moreThis location should be closed! My order was placed at 8:33pm - pull around to the front they said. Fast forward to 9:00p, still waiting on 12min hot wings! I go inside to check on my order only to find out that it was NEVER started! The worker was clearly scrambling to get the now 48min order ready! We waited in the lobby, clearly being ignored as cars were being serviced in the drive through...while the manager, Jesus, strolled casually outside of the “establishment” on his cellphone. I asked five times for a refund...in the true lack of customer service I was left waiting 5mins until he (the manager) decided to come inside. No apology, just a stupid smirk as he handed me back my $26.10! I will never recover the 53mins of foolishness spent in that KFC! Every last worker that was “working” on 3/28/2019 at 8:33p would have been fired...
