Pucker Up Lemonade Company — Restaurant in Compton

Yesterday 8/31 I sent a Message to the Company Regarding Customer Service In Black Business on WHY I'm NOT A Fan. Walked in WASN'T GREETED, I STARTED MY ORDER THE LADY CAME OUT STRETCH MARKS SHOWING HANGING FROM UNDER HER SHIRT DISGUSTING BUT OKAY, I ASKED IF SHE HAD CHANGE FOR A HUNDRED RUDELY SHE STATED SHE HAD JUST EXCHANGED ONE THEN I ASKED IF SHE COULD SUGGEST (WHICH MOST BUSINESSES WOULD) WHO MIGHT BE ABLE TO CHANGE IT BY THE TIME I REALIZED I HAD 28 IN CASH WHICH WOULD HAVE PAID FOR MY ORDER. SHE KEPT TURNING HER BACK ON ME JUST RUDE. I FINALLY SAID CANCEL THE ORDER AND I WALKED OUT. IM SAYING ALL THIS TO SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE NO MATTER WHO IT IS SHOULD BE PRIORITY. I DID SEND AN EMAIL AND I DID GET AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE HOWEVER ITS TOO LATE. I WON'T SAY THAT I WILL NEVER COME BACK BUT IT WILL BE A WHILE. I DO NOT SPEND MY MONEY WITH ANY ONE WHO IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. IF YOU DON'T LIKE WORKING WITH PEOPLE GO GET A JOB WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO. It's lemonade kinda had to go wrong but they definitely have some interesting flavors that makes you wanna stop, I had the habanero lime. So they received 3 starts for customer service. When we arrived we waiting for the young lady who was in the front of the establishment eating wing stop and after maybe a 3-5 minute wait me and the other person in line was told one minute someone will be with you then she got 2 minutes later. So my turn up to order and I asked the young lady the cost their cups and if you're not familiar with this place once you buy one of their cups you get lifetime refills for I believe an additional $3. Instead of a lady just telling me the price I was told the prices are on the cup well if I saw the prices I probably wouldn't have asked the assumption that everybody has perfect vision or know exactly where to look or the orientation of the cup is just right it would have been easier just to say the price but that's where a lot of our businesses fail. Fresh Lemonade & Healthy Salads I've ran into Pucker Up over the last maybe 8+ yrs at carnivals, festivals, concerts and now an actual location. I saw a Facebook ad today that Pucker Up opened a store front location and had to run over to support. I'm so happy I did, I got the House salad and peach cobbler lemonade. OMG I'm glad to know there's somewhere local black owned I can go grab a great full salad with fresh ingredients and even treat myself to one of the several flavors of lemonade. I'll be back!!!
