Naomi Wig Shop — Local services in Compton

I've been coming to this place for years...I've spent thousands of dollars here. I moved 2 hours away and still would commute here to purchase hair accessories, wigs, hair products...etc. my last visit, I was the only one in the store. I walked around looking for a 100% human hair wig. I noticed that one of the two women was looking at me. She started to follow me around the store... not saying anything. When I looked at her, she tried to "appear" busy. She continued this as I walked through the store... sometimes, when I turned around, she was directly behind me. I've seen these women all the time since I have shopped here often. Never have I been treated like this. I was VERY uncomfortable. I was wearing a face mask, which shouldn't have made a difference in how I was treated, so maybe they didn't recognize me. Because of this, I will NEVER purchase another item from this...

First and foremost their customer service is outstanding. I went looking for half wigs. Unfortunately their selection was very limited. I bought hair color. I got home and opened the box. The bottle inside was sticky. Therefore I checked the date. It was 5/ 2002. I did return the item. They apologized and refunded the money. Lesson learned to be sure to check the dates. This was my first and unfortunately last time going because they don't carry what I want. And a product 16 years old on the shelf is...
