I purchased a Polaris General 1,000 from them about 8 months ago. The buying process was super easy and awesome. But the customer service it absolutely TERRIBLE! A week after buying the machine the clutch went bad. I took me almost a whole day to get ahold of someone in the service department to get my machine fixed. Once I finally got ahold of them they where able to get it right in. Every time I would call to check on the progress I would have to wait on the phone for 10-15 minutes. Also when I purchased my Polaris general I had bought add on accessories. When trying to call the parts department that was an absolute nightmare. You call and the phone just rings for 30 minutes and then you get an answering machine! It took me several days of trying to call to finally give up and I ended up emailing my salesman and he was able to answer my question. And as of today I called because they āsoldā me of this āamazing hassle freeā maintenance service package. I sat on the phone for 15 minutes of constant tuning for them to answer and put me back on hold for another 10 minutes for them to answer take my name and number down and they would ācall me right backā. Well guess what I never got a call back so I guess I will have to sit in the phone again tomorrow to try to get my service scheduled. Also when I purchased my Polaris General Polaris was offering a first responder discount. Mind you I qualify for this in several was as I am a volunteer firefighter and my every day Job is law enforcement. They where unwilling to match leaders RPM price and give me the discount at the same time. If I wouldāve just went to leaders I would have gotten their price and the first responder discount. But I was eager to get the machine and didnāt want to wait 8-12 weeks for leaders to order one. I really wish they would figure out their customer service issues because it is absolutely terrible. I wouldnāt recommend anyone buy anything from them because of their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere is something to be said about customer service these days and excellent products. The US was built on the backs of people who cared about what they were selling. And when there was an issue, you could talk and understand the people that sold you the product. Don't believe me? Go knock on the table that your Grandma bought in the 40s and 50s, then knock on one from today. Also, when there was an issue with the product, you could understand what it was they're saying. I said all this because of a salesman that went above and beyond the call of duty. Joe Stanton was my salesman who did an exceptional job of taking care of me. You see, I wanted a new 2025 Suzuki Hayabusa, but was afraid of so many things and wasn't certain if I should buy this or not. I never met this gentleman, I never called to talk to him and frankly I was afraid of customer service. But, Joe, right from the start did everything possible to take care of me and ease my mind about so many negative things. We went back and for many, many times and all while using Facebook messenger. He did EVERYTHING to make sure that I had everything that I needed, found me an excellent rate, was kind and courteous, and always answered my questions. I was beyond grateful for what this salesman did for me. And for the first time in years, I felt satisfied with buying this bike. I swear that if you need anything for your new purchase, call and talk to, Joe. He's a solid man with integrity and he won't steer you wrong. This I promise. Call him, and get your new vehicle today. He'll make sure you are honorably care for and you'll feel satisfied with you new purchase, he won't steer you wrong....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had my 2017 yamaha fz10 get looked at for metal being found in the oil. When it got to day that they said it would get worked on (they quoted 4 hours for labor for it). I did not receive a call for a few days after, so I called them to find out if the work was done. When they answered I found out they were done, and I was they told what they had found no metal during there first inspection (after I had first called them I received a call a few days later about what I had already talked to them about). They wanted to take the engine further apart to inspect it some more, but since they didn't find any metal. It also was running good when I took it in. I didn't want to pay for them the tear they whole engine. So after about a week of deciding what I wanted to do. I called them back and told them I wanted the bike put back together. They guy on the phone said he would write up a new estimate and call me back. I never received that call, and I just figured they would start working on the bike, because I had told them I wanted it put back together. Then after waiting 3 weeks I had hear nothing from them about the bike. I called them back and found out that they had never even started to put the bike back together. So I had to tell them again that I wanted the bike put back together. The lady over the phone said it would get down in a week and a half. Currently I am waiting to get call for them it was supposed to be down by now.
Update: They got done with the bike on 10-31-24, and I picked it up the...
