Don’t order from this florist. If I could I would put 0 stars. I ordered a beautiful fall arrangement to be delivered on my mother’s birthday that falls on Thanksgiving week. The arrangement that my mother received was nothing like what I had ordered. When I reached out to the owner, they said since this was for a birthday “that they thought this would work because it was a birthday” that they could change and substitute the flowers. It’s one thing to substitute flowers in an arrangement that stills follow the same theme of the arrangement. I understand it says substitutions on their website. In this case the arrangement looked completely different. I was offered a 17% refund and a sorry we are out of town now. I wanted my mother to have a beautiful Thanksgiving fall arrangement for her birthday as she was also hosting Thanksgiving at her home. See picture of what I ordered and what was actually delivered. First picture was what I ordered and second is what was delivered. Talk about false advertising. 👎👎

Not impressed with your reply to my review. I requested a fall arrangement. And it happened to be my mother’s birthday. I did not request a birthday arrangement. However I wrote Happy birthday on her card you provide and your business took it upon yourself to say it was a combination of a birthday arrangement without my request. Also when you said I requested an early delivery. You seem to have missed some of the details that were exchanged in our conversation. You said it would no problem, not mentioning that you would be terribly busy. You said and I quote “it’s no problem we have all our deliveries out by noon.” So it definitely didn’t seem like you were going out of your way to take this order. I also want to add, that my mother reported that the flowers delivered seemed old and the water was also cloudy and needed to be replaced right away. You also did offer a 17% refund and then also offered a full refund however you ghosted me in all my attempts to contact you via text as that was how we were communicating. You never responded to any of my texts as you claimed that I would receive my full refund within 7-10 business days. However I got no refund. Additionally the fact that you’re suggesting that I’m mentally ill and unhappy is down right insane. What we need to suggest is you’re a terrible business owner and if you didn’t have the proper flowers to make the arrangement that was ordered your business should have contacted me about the substitution having NO fall theme whatsoever. Get a grip and just accept that you’re in the wrong and you did this customer dirty as you were pretty gung-ho to get out of town for the holiday as you stated to me “that there was nothing you could do to help as you were already out of town for the holiday. Which I also suspect that your used left over flowers in your case that were already on the way out to get rid of. Here’s a tip, don’t false advertise on your website for holiday arrangements if you can’t fulfill those orders. I’ve decided to report your business to the Better...

I am extremely dissapointed in service received by Flowers of Joy. I ordered a plant to be delivered for a funeral today. I got an email this afternoon saying the plant I wanted was not in stock and a refund was issued. Tried to call several times before I finally got an answer. So here we are with no plant being delivered and too late to get one delivered today. There was not even an offer made to choose something else to be delivered today. Very, very dissapointing and frustrating!!!!! No joy found here. In response to your response....I'd love to know how you tried to contact me as you stated on the phone when I called you that you didn't have my phone number. I have no missed calls or any other emails from you today. So not sure where you tried to...

I had let time get away from and called/ordered the night before! I called and ordered flowers for a very special birthday. I had left a voicemail but decided to order online instead. I had specified that the receiver was turning ninety and the earlier the delivery the better but I understood that I was asking a lot on short notice. Flowers of joy did not disappoint, the bouquet was not only absolutely gorgeous, but the other items I had requested were delivered by 11 AM on the day of the specified day. I was extremely grateful for their prompt delivery, attention to detail, and the artistic abilities of the florist. Thank you so much flowers of joy for delivering, a beautiful arrangement and helping us make a very special person feel even more special! I highly recommend...

Wrong color of flowers , don’t believe it was deluxe which I paid extra for. Birthday message incorrect on card. Never answer the phone. Delivered to wrong address lucky neighbor down street was willing to deliver for them. Yeah I would not order from here, if you live near and pickup yourself probably would be ok. My sister in law says the flowers smell amazing and very fresh however.On left what I ordered standard size pictured. On right what was delivered deluxe upgrade. You decide if I got what I paid for….
