Sean Mendell, of Full Spectrum Technology Group, is heads and shoulders (literally, quite a tall fellow) above the rest of the Home Automation companies....Our company was featured in Sunset magazine in April of 1982 for the first media room published and I built my first custom "smart house" in 1989. It has been a roller coaster ride trying to align with a knowledgeable and trustworthy individual. The landscape of tech is changing all the time and requires constant research across the spectrum (yeah I like the company name too).

As a Certified Professional Building Designer and licensed General Contract for the past 42 years, I have had the opportunity to work with most of the A/V companies in the this area and found them not up to snuff. It was when Sean designed and implemented the smart house A/V system in my own showcase home that I knew I had found a gem.

Funnily enough, it turns out Sean had been part of the original team that set up the audio in our house (~15 years ago, prior to him founding Full Spectrum) so he was already familiar with what we were dealing with, namely, an aged system that needed to be updated/upgraded. He's clearly knowledgable, but didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need.
