The Flipper Room — Attraction in Concord

The Flipper Room is an amazing place. Every Tuesday they hold a tournament based event where silver ball veterans and new beginners like myself can meet and compete with like minded players. Mike is truly a gem when it comes to his creative decor and there are plenty of machines to dump your quarters into. The best part is each pinball room has a sort of generational appeal. I am impressed by the upkeep of the machines! There are 70s style foreign machines from Spain, an 1980s Ali (my fav) or the newer pinball games like TMNT, Foo Fighters and the list goes on and on. It seems like weekly there is a new machine that they bring for everybody to enjoy. They are a delightful find. The place is clean. The people friendly and accommodating. It is accessible with seating when you need a break. Affordable since it's by the game - depending on your skill lol.

I loved the dual framing purpose with interesting things to look at. A Disney room. Glow in the dark art. Pinball games sorted by era and maintained in excellent condition.

There's a small reasonably priced snack bar if you get the munchies but can't stop playing.

This place is awesome If you like pinball even a little bit it's totally worth going to and spending five or so dollars Not all of the machines are built equally if there's some that are definitely better than others Notable ones that I think are worth doing are the Scooby-Doo one and the Rick and Morty one They have a wide variety of eclectic vintage machines that are also really fun to play on they are also cheaper than the newer ones I hear they do tournaments on Tuesdays where they stay open later but I'd probably just stick to the weekends if you're looking for something casual they close pretty early on the...
