To say the customer service was poor is an understatement. The two employees couldnât be bothered to do their jobs or to unplug their cell phones to charge the replacement phone I was purchasing. I spent over and hour in the store waiting for them to âsetupâ the new phone. They told me it would be another hour so I went back to work. Returned at 5:15p to pick up the phone to find out nothing had been done. They decided it would be after 6p by the time the setup was finished and told me to take the new phone and only phone home to set it up myself. If this option had been presented to me in the first place I wouldnât have wasted hours waiting on them. Then the next day I find out they need the old phone phone back. Why was this I not told this as they hurried me out the door to do their job for them?? This experience was incredible frustrating and a waste time.
