Read moreLet me start by saying I edited this review after several interactions. By nature of my profession I deal with alot of customers every day in a fairly technical field. We live and die by our reviews and repeat business. I don't rely on just the good or bad reviews when I read them, I try to read between the lines and reach my own conclusions and see if they fit into my expectations . Let's start with good. Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership was very nice. They were professional and knowledgeable. Sales was low pressure and seemed that they truly wanted help you get what you wanted. After pricing my equipment at several dealers I went with them even though they weren't the cheapest, but they were very close and the next best deal wouldhave been logistically be more difficult for me. I will also say that I have been a kubota owner for almost 20 years and that is the main reason my new machine is a kubota. (Still have and use the 1984 machine). I will also say the machine with options and accessories I purchased cost more than alot of the new cars on the market today. So with all that said, on to the not so great. My biggest issue is the lack of communication. I have never gotten an answer to a question when I call, I'm always told I will find out and call you back......you wont get a call back, sorry to say....you will call back and or have to go to the dealership. In my experience this is the case with both sales and service. There doesn't seem to be anything you can do to create a sense of urgency. In all fairness seems to be an industry issue not just this dealership. I understand things happen, outside vendors, shipping companies ect....I deal with it every day, but I can honestly say my customers are always I the loop whether it be good news or bad, I owe that too them, it's my job and it's their money. I can also say this latest round of I know it was to be here last week but it's not we'll let you know when gets here. This is not going to be something I let go, as now i will be losing money having to credit my customer at the last minute because that yhey cant communicate that they cant deliver the equipment I paid extra to have expedited a month ago to avoid this situation. Live and learn I suppose. I hope somebody finds...
Read moreEDIT: I had the misfortune of buying filters from this place because they are the only dealer within an hour drive knowing the past experience I should have just ordered from Walker and Walker or Messick to save the headaches of incorrect parts over and over again. I came up here with a serial number of the unit model information pictures of all the data tags and was given a set of filters after talking with the Parts Guy and telling him that the engine oil filter was smaller and had a different number. I was told it superseded to a new number. I returned to my garage and went to install the filters , the engine oil filter was hitting the side of the engine before it would line up with the threads on the base, the hydrostatic filter wasn’t even close so I guess two out of five filters are acceptable for here. I went back again to get a different engine oil filter after I gave them the number that I was originally told was wrong. Luckily that number is still correct and was given the correct engine oil filter, when I returned for the THIRD time there was luckily a parts guy with a clue on how to look up parts and was told the hydrostatic filter I was given wasn’t even used on that model kubota ever. He easily handed me the correct filter and I was finally able to get this behind me. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but I’m charging a customer a set rate and have to eat almost three hours of time because of something beyond my control it reminds me why I drive past this place and deal with a much better option an hour away. This place has been able to save me money countless times...... but only due to the fact that nobody offers any type of help after being there for 10 minutes or better clearly looking for a weedeater to purchase with several counter and sales personnel available. This is my closest local dealer for both Kubota and stihl yet I find myself disappointed every time I try to purchase anything which has varied from a $5000 brand new loader attachment down to simple parts and string trimmers All of which I have purchased through other dealers At a better price with better...
