They had good prices on parts when I needed them, so I decided to take my mower in for service. I was quoted at a price that included a warranty fix on my exhaust. They later tried to charge me $400 and decided it was not covered. Never had a company backout on a quoted price before. My tire was up and fine, but returned in the pictured ruined condition. Again, never had a place ruin a part, then try to charge to fix it. They wanted $70 to put in a tube they broke and then returned it flat off the rim when I didn't pay. It cost me $20 to have the local tire shop fix it. A new on the rim tire is $50, so no clue what world they live in. You can see the dent in another picture that was not there prior to leaving my house. Also, after waiting 3 weeks for a promised return date, they "ordered the wrong part" and I had to wait 4 extra days. My belt popped off after 4 minutes of mowing. It broke after 20 minutes. Put on my brand new replacement belt. It lasted 30 more minutes. Mower returned worse than it left. I cannot afford to put on 2 belts an hour, so now I am left fixing it myself or paying someone else to fix the damage. Parts are fair priced. People are polite. Yet, I would never deal with this kind of incompetence again. For $84 an hour labor $680 total cost and 4 weeks wait, I would expect a working mower returned. I could basically have a good chunk the cost of a new mower had I not dealt with them. Don't make the same mistake. Update: I called the number. Was told I would hear back in a day or two. Was told something would be done to make things right. It has been about two weeks and no contact at all. Also, my mower is again stalled and unable to start in my yard. I have spent more time fixing my "fixed" mower than before I took it in. Replaced entire wheel. Idle pivot was so loose it fell off. Deck had so much grease it clogged my pulleys from turning, so turn apart and wiped it out good. The idle bar bolt snapped from being too loose, so replaced it.

I recently purchased a Kubota RTV 1100 from M&R Power equipment. I’ve purchased a tractor as well as several mowers from this dealer. They also do my repairs and maintenance typically. I’ve only had good experiences with the sales and service department. Sean Was the individual who sold me my most recent purchased the RTV 1100. He made the purchase go very smoothly.. no pushy sales tactics. He helped me make all the right choices as far as led lights, winch and a Bluetooth radio(important😉) . I owned a Kubota RTV 1100 at the time of purchase so I traded in my old one. They gave me a very fair price and in return I received a badass vehicle. My older RTV was over 15 years old. It’s still ran like a champ, and I definitely put it to the test over the years. My new one came with a snowplow, and I got to use it twice since purchasing it in earlyFebruary. It works great! I’m able to manicure the driveway much better than what I did with my large western plow on my truck. Kubota is Unbelievably durable and worth every penny. I’m not easy on equipment so Kubota Is possibly my only choice if I want something to last a couple years. I have an enclosed cab on mine. I plan on using this quite a bit so heat air conditioning in a radio are necessary. The dump bed works great for all the work I do on the property. This thing is a workhorse But comfortable and classy, so my kids love to ride around with their friends and enjoy themselves. I purchased a bench that can be removed when using the dump bed. This added a couple extra passengers for my son to ride around the property on. Very pleased overall and will be back for future purchases. Thanks again Sean it was a pleasure. Talk to ya soon!

I purchased a Kubota MX6000 cab model from Sean and the sales process couldn't have been easier. Unfortunately some of the add-on items were not available at the time of purchase due to supplier delays, but Sean knew it was important that I had the tractor to use so he had it delivered to me right away. Sean would notify me as the items came in so I could pick up the simpler items to install myself, but the more complicated items he retained for future installation by their service department. Once everything was in stock, they came to my house to get the tractor so all the remaining items could be installed at the dealer, then returned it to me a couple days later when completed. Huge thanks to Sean and everybody at M&R for all they have done to provide me the perfect tractor, I highly recommend Sean and M&R if you're in the market for any of the products they sell.

Let me start by saying I edited this review after several interactions. By nature of my profession I deal with alot of customers every day in a fairly technical field. We live and die by our reviews and repeat business. I don't rely on just the good or bad reviews when I read them, I try to read between the lines and reach my own conclusions and see if they fit into my expectations . Let's start with good. Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership was very nice. They were professional and knowledgeable. Sales was low pressure and seemed that they truly wanted help you get what you wanted. After pricing my equipment at several dealers I went with them even though they weren't the cheapest, but they were very close and the next best deal wouldhave been logistically be more difficult for me. I will also say that I have been a kubota owner for almost 20 years and that is the main reason my new machine is a kubota. (Still have and use the 1984 machine). I will also say the machine with options and accessories I purchased cost more than alot of the new cars on the market today. So with all that said, on to the not so great. My biggest issue is the lack of communication. I have never gotten an answer to a question when I call, I'm always told I will find out and call you back......you wont get a call back, sorry to say....you will call back and or have to go to the dealership. In my experience this is the case with both sales and service. There doesn't seem to be anything you can do to create a sense of urgency. In all fairness seems to be an industry issue not just this dealership. I understand things happen, outside vendors, shipping companies ect....I deal with it every day, but I can honestly say my customers are always I the loop whether it be good news or bad, I owe that too them, it's my job and it's their money. I can also say this latest round of I know it was to be here last week but it's not we'll let you know when gets here. This is not going to be something I let go, as now i will be losing money having to credit my customer at the last minute because that yhey cant communicate that they cant deliver the equipment I paid extra to have expedited a month ago to avoid this situation. Live and learn I suppose. I hope somebody finds...

EDIT: I had the misfortune of buying filters from this place because they are the only dealer within an hour drive knowing the past experience I should have just ordered from Walker and Walker or Messick to save the headaches of incorrect parts over and over again. I came up here with a serial number of the unit model information pictures of all the data tags and was given a set of filters after talking with the Parts Guy and telling him that the engine oil filter was smaller and had a different number. I was told it superseded to a new number. I returned to my garage and went to install the filters , the engine oil filter was hitting the side of the engine before it would line up with the threads on the base, the hydrostatic filter wasn’t even close so I guess two out of five filters are acceptable for here. I went back again to get a different engine oil filter after I gave them the number that I was originally told was wrong. Luckily that number is still correct and was given the correct engine oil filter, when I returned for the THIRD time there was luckily a parts guy with a clue on how to look up parts and was told the hydrostatic filter I was given wasn’t even used on that model kubota ever. He easily handed me the correct filter and I was finally able to get this behind me. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but I’m charging a customer a set rate and have to eat almost three hours of time because of something beyond my control it reminds me why I drive past this place and deal with a much better option an hour away. This place has been able to save me money countless times...... but only due to the fact that nobody offers any type of help after being there for 10 minutes or better clearly looking for a weedeater to purchase with several counter and sales personnel available. This is my closest local dealer for both Kubota and stihl yet I find myself disappointed every time I try to purchase anything which has varied from a $5000 brand new loader attachment down to simple parts and string trimmers All of which I have purchased through other dealers At a better price with better...
