DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN PRODUCTS!!! I had to find this out the hard way. After spending $200 on a phone from them the LCD stop working (not cracked) after just two months and they wanted me to buy a new phone! Are you kidding me I wont waste another dollar at this place as long as I live. They also do not realize exactly how much business I send their way (literally hundreds of people a year to them) which will now stop. I've had a lot of people I've sent their way tell me bad things about them but I thought it was just one of those things where you just can't make everybody happy but I now see first hand what kind of shop this place really is. If you need a used phone, all major and even the small retail phone stores sell used phones that they actually stand behind. These guys kept trying to insist the phone was dropped which it was NOT. The LCD was not cracked, it went out. I worked in the phone business for 6 years and know the difference. They sold me a faulty device and refuse to admit it. They tried to say they have a 10 day policy to return or exchange a device which is a problem for me because their receipts say 7 days for returns or exchanges so here they are lying again about their own policies, another problem I have is I don't want to return or exchange the device I just want them to fix the faulty device they sold me. When I came in to purchase a phone I even asked the younger guy that RECOMMENDED that phone to me if it doesn't work right or has issues when I bought it what's their policy and he completely blew the question off and said just come back and we'll take care of you but once someone has problems and they have your money it's a completely different story! So again I say DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM especially buying equipment...

Trust me...You've been warned!!!! Avoid at all cost......The only thing shadier than the building, is the people. We took a iPhone 7 in for a screen repair. Picked it up 3 hours later and the home button did not work. We were told that the cable inside of the phone was damaged before they opened it up and it didn't work when we brought it in. They turned on the on screen home button on and told us to deal with it. After several calls to Ubreakifix corporate customer service, they agreed to fix what they broke and we would not be charged. They fixed it, we went to pick it up and was told we have to pay for it. I tried to explain to Nick, the kid behind the counter that I had a case number from headquarters, he basically told me I had to pay them and then get a refund from home office. I told him I would not, so he called the Conover police department via 911 and told them we were attempting to flee the store when we never left the counter. I would like to apologize to the officers that had to respond to the nonsense. After i explained my story 5 times to the all 5 police officers that showed up, we eventually left after the corporate office sent payment to the local shop.

I purchased a brand new Samsung phone that was said to be an unlocked phone to use with any carrier. I asked the gentleman working there that I was going to use a service of my choice. It was assured that there would be no problem. Of course the phone is not an unlocked phone like I was told. I have went back multiple times trying to hopefully come up with a solution with employees and the owner with no luck just told that the phone was not sold as an unlocked phone like I was guaranteed and the only option I have is to use their service they offer and basically physically ignored until I leave the store. Also even with the receipt I cannot return the phone for something I can use plus they claim that they do not keep any records of any sales only after a few weeks. It's obvious that they're only interested in telling you what you want to hear to make the sale only to ignore you when you return to make someone feel foolish. I'm not one too leave bad reviews of any kind but in this case here that I had to have some kind of voice only because I was misinformed at the purchase with no options when I returned only to be "blown off" by employees even the owner.
