My daughters first appointment with Carissa and we are pretty disappointed. I called because I went to her old salon via Facebook address (no big deal at all) but on the phone she asked me if I was sure I had the correct day for the appointment which had me concerned. I know back to school timing is crazy but when I book an appointment I expect some undivided attention, even if it’s after an assistant washes the hair.
