I will start off by saying this pizza is absolutely delicious. It feels extremely pricey but only because fast food pizza chains can sell you pizza at a 30 cent profit.
There was a customer service issue surrounding a timed order for later. It was resolved but some of the food quality suffered massively because of it.
I ordered garlic knots, and they were hard enough it took a literal blow from hammer to break them. I assume this had something to do with the timed order mess up. I was also missing a 6 dollar tub of dipping marinara. So, after a tip I basically bought a 40 dollar pizza. And I will gladly try them again because this pizza is amazing.
