I have to say I personally love the inside of the apartments! The wood floors, the granite appearance of the counter tops, the wood cabinets are convenient so you don't have to worry about every spot if you spill something in the kitchen and/or bathrooms as opposed to white or solid colored, and even the pool that has a little place for little ones, when they are in the stage that the big pool is too deep (even if it the deep pool is just 3-5ft). They also have a trash pick up service that comes to outside your door instead of walking to the dumpster that is included in everyone's rent(which sounds silly to some people, but for those who have little ones, it is convenient.). The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because of the Management! They have changed twice, and had constant rotations of people in the higher up positions. Then, as they assume the position, they make all new rules (which are understandable due to the reasoning behind them), but the way they go about communication in letters at your door or even talking to the tenants one-on-one, is rude and uncompassionate. Not to mention, all the notes you get at your door for petty things with immediate demands. Having good management means ALOT to ME! I have a very extensive background in management so this aspect, so for me it is a must to have good communication. Especially, when you rent from these people. I would like to be able to speak comfortably and openly speak about issues they may arise, with open ears and receive a compassionate response with understanding. When I request something or have a work order, it is very obvious it is on a low priority basis. As stated, I only get this response when talking to the main manager, and her second across the hall from the office. It is hard to miss them, they are the only ones that have offices. The main manager makes you feel very uncomfortable and that she is above anyone that she approaches and the other one has more of an avoidance personality. There is however, one person in that office that has a management position, that is not one of the main managers. This mans name is Matt. I know his name due to him being the person to sign me and my family with our lease, and maybe because I am one of those that is high maintenance. Every time I have an issue or question it is taken care of right then and there (no matter how little or complex it may be). Short after, he asks me the outcome and how I felt about it. Even though the main managers have a lot of responsibilities, there is no excuse for not following up or at least acting to care. (Not to mention I never see the higher management ever look at the complex or greet anyone as I do with Matt. Which to me shows the initiative to know your complex and to also let tenants know he is here if any problems arise.) The maintenance people are awesome. If you catch them around the complex and ask them about issues you may have forgotten to call the front desk about, they will either stop everything they are doing to help, or put that request in for you and follow up. They never forget!!! Not to mention they are friendly and not awkward on some of the rentals I have had in the past. They joke with you while still doing an exceptional job!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to love living here, but now I'm unhappy. Maintenance is great, and they do their best to fix the problems in apartments. There is never consistent office staff as they use these apartments for training, and then they send them to other properties. Since I've been here, I haven't seen staff stay longer than a few months because the owner can't possibly care about our apartments since he is forever switching office staff here. I fought for a dumpster here because the compactor isn't big enough for this property, it was easier for those of us who are disabled to get to the dumpster, and it gave us another place to throw our trash out because they expect us to leave our trash in our apartments once the compactor is full(gross),which is all the time, but since some tenants couldn't follow simple directions about not leaving it overflowing and trash piled in front, we lost that dumpster. As a disabled person it was easier getting to the dumpster instead of getting to the compactor, which is always nasty, overflowing with trash inside and outside, racoon and skunks have a field day ripping apart trash bags left on the ground. A lot of tenants go behind building 1 to allow their pets to relieve themselves and don't pick it up, no one picks up trash, rugs, plastic bottles, car mat left behind our building because it's the only building you can't see behind from the parking lot or sidewalk so it always looks nasty back there. Gate is always broke, and people can't read, so they enter the exit gate, expecting you to stop for them instead of using the app to open the entrance gate. I have neighbors who like to argue, yell, and cuss outside of their apartments in the middle of the night and sometimes real early in the morning, disturbing those of us who are resting. My upstairs neighbor walks like she stomping roaches every time she walks and she is always moving furniture, which is fine during the day but not at night . Noone wants to hear furniture moving when they're trying to sleep, especially since i dont fall asleep easily due to chronic pain. People throw stuff off their balconies like hot mop water and I almost got hit more than once because my dog anf I happened to be out there and I was standing at the balcony. We pay way too much for these apartments and I believe we're just paying for the pool, which they rent out to outsiders on occasion and we aren't allowed use until the renters are done using it. Our pool was painted not long ago and instead of us the tenants being able to use it first, they rented it out to a group and we weren't allowed access until abouy a week or two later because apparently it needed maintenance. Everything is about money with the new management company and not about those of us who live here. I've seen a lot of tenants and even some of their guests open their car doors and set trash out in the parking spot and then drive off like they didn't just dispose of their trash in the parking lot. Way too many tenants act as if the rules don't apply to them and they get away with it. Also, people have been breaking the back gate to get in, and there are a lot of thefts going on in the apartments farther in the back close to the back exit gate. I'm not renewing my lease when it's up. I can find better, cleaner, quieter apartments for cheaper somewhere else . I wish it was like it was when Zac was in the office because he had this place clean, quiet, in order, and he made sure the rules were followed. Since he's been gone, this place has really...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just moved into these apartments. Iāve been here 4 days. The office staff is very kind and professional. Very responsive. I really like my apartment. There were some items that needed to be fixed and replaced when I moved in. Not sure why not noticed prior to move in. Cleaning wasnāt what I expected. It looked as though the appliances were just wiped down. The stove is horrible. Iām going to have to put some elbow grease to conquer that one. I literally cried thinking that I made the wrong decision. I just pray that this community, property stands up to what they advertise. I feel that when you move, if itās to an apartment, house or any property, it should be cleaned as if it was brand new. I canāt live in someone elseās grease splattered filthiness. As walking around the complex, I feel the property owners donāt take pride in what they have. Itās not very pleasant to the eye. Residents have whatever on their patios/balconies. Just trashy . There needs to be strict rules about boxes, tires, recliners, etcā¦on patios/balconies. IF YOU LET IT TO BE TRASHYā¦IT WILL CONTINUE TO GET WORST!! All I heard on Sunday were dogs barking that were left out on the patio. DOGS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT OUT IN PATIOS/BALCONIES!! Againā¦set strict rules!! AND especially the Maintenance Garage!! If itās broken throw it away. Organize what is outside of the garage. It looks horrible!! Coming home, walk in and a strong smell of marijana! Sure, smoke it, I donāt care, but do it outside so it doesnāt come through the vents. THE TRASH COMPACTER!! WHY?!! There should be multiple dumpsters. Not just ONE TRASH COMPACTOR !!! I took some trash there today. OMG!! I FELT AS THOUGH I WAS AT A LANDFILL. SMELT HORRIBLE AND THE FILTH!! I stood back and threw the trash in. I am not going step close to that nastiness!! PLEASE, CONSIDER SOMETHING ELSE!! Being charged $18.00 a month for waste removal. Is that trash removal? Okay last, I am embarrassed if I have anyone over. The walkway looks horrible. The ceiling looks like maybe water damage, lights are outā¦oh yes, Iāve fallen twice off the last step due to poor lighting. Trim looks like they prepared to paint, but didnāt follow through with the project Same as around my apartment balcony window frame. I know that was a lot. Iām sorry. I just feel that if you want your property to have that ācurb sideā appearance, residents to be happy, be successful, have that luxury living as advertised, keep up with the maintenance and take pride in what you have. Donāt let things get out of control. Hire more maintenance if needed. Thereās a reason for reviews. To inform others about its quality, pros, cons, and whether it is worth considering. Hopefully take into consideration, and improve...
