Town Square Apartments — Local services in Converse

Long story short, I’ve lived here for a year & a half. Never had any complaints up until this year. Katie from the office, or must I say “Karen”, had the nerve to call me at 9 am sharp ACCUSING me of hitting her car at night time & taking off since she lives here as well. Demanded for my insurance information & lied about having the incident on video. When I spoke to her boss, she had no idea about anything that happened. Wouldn’t you explain to your boss what’s going on before calling up a tenant to the office with heavy accusations? FALSE accusations at that. Unprofessional at its finest. Still haven’t & probably won’t get an apology from Karen, but at least her coworker, and police apologized on her behalf since what she did completely crossed the line. Seems like this is more personal since it’s completely out of line and weird since she has zero proof. Staff should be embarrassed to have her. If you are looking for professional and informative staff, I suggest you keep looking. I went a month in advance and was told it was too soon to apply. When I called back in the time frame I was given, I was told there was a 6-12 week wait time. When I inquired as to why I wasn't put on the waitlist the first time I was in there, I was hung up on. I simply wanted to know why I wasn't placed on a waiting list. Rather than explain that to me, I spoke to multiple people that argued with me rather than answer my simple question. The more clarification I asked for, the more they refused to answer. I was told to "come up there" I was hung up on multiple times. I asked for corporate information and they refused to provide it to me. When I said I had "dodged a bullet" by not being able to move in there, the leasing agent was dumb enough to think I was threatening her with a gun. Highly encourage Hogan Real Estate Services to reevaluate Tina Kennisons recent interactions & lack of care towards some of her tenants. I personally feel like she is a stain on the reputation of both Hogan Real Estate Services & Town Square Apartments. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from someone who is paid to remain courteous and professional at all times while on the job.
