This place had a good potential, here I had the best manicure in a very long time. Sadly the manager is sabotaging it.
My first visit happened over a month ago; there were three employees in total, each with a client. Two customers walked in and then left, immediately the manager was furious and began to yell towards the two employees in their home language. Yelling with anger and humiliation can be understood in any language. The male employee walked away and the young lady began to cry as soon as she finished my nails and start an agitated discussion. I left immediately.
It was sad but since the young lady did an amazing job I returned two days ago, and just confirmed that I will never go to this place again. Three people had to come and go to finish my nails because again the manager was yelling for employees to take over 2 customers at a time so they would not lose the walk-in customers. This time my nails were a disaster. Short staff and Covid times have make a negative impact on businesses but nothing is excuse to humilIate employees and resulting in bad service...
Read moreNice place. Seems to be family owned and the man that did my nails was very kind.
I like long, coffin shaped nails. The quoted price for a full set was $17. Add my pedicure, +$20. Nowhere on their menu was it listed that they not only charge more for having a longer nail, but for the shape as well so you could imagine my surprise when he handed me the receipt afterwards to sign and it was more than the quoted $37 + tax.
Besides that, the polish application wasnât very great, which was disappointing because it was a beautiful color. It was watered down and opaque, so he had to go in with multiple coats to get it to even show up.
Overall, decent nail salon for short/basic nails and designs (their work is very pretty). I didnât like that the price change wasnât mentioned nor stated on the menu and the work wasnât worth the money.

Read moreWorse mistake I couldâve made. 1st Iâd like to say being a single mom at one point in time and having to take my kids to work with me before I sympathize with the young lady who did my eyebrows and pedicure. However the kids were running around the entire visit, yelling screaming and the two yr old crying uncontrollably. I believe this caused mom (nail tech) to rush on my pedicure as she didnât scrub any of the dead skin off my feet the very reason I even came and my feet look the same before I walked in except now I have orange polish. My eyebrows before she started I asked her to shape my eyebrows you know put an arch on them when she waxed them that lady ainât arched nothing in fact I have visible places where the tweezers were needed. I wasted my money coming here as Iâll need to be in someoneâs seat next Sunday again I paid because like I said I sympathize sheâs trying to take care of her kids but I work hard for money to just waste it on a service...
