Gulfstream Harbor — Local services in Conway

New owner on the property. Very happy with the community and activities. The staff is great! The amenities are awesome, which I'm learning to utilize. Most residence I believe are on a fixed income due to retirement, it's a 55 plus community. But during the covid outbreak they decided to raise lot rental. There are management company from my research is based out of California? Which really means nothing but the fact that most of us are on fixed incomes. It really affects us. Now seeming as if covid has not been an issue recently, companies are struggling to find people to work again that they would drop down the prices of monthly rental again. I won't hold my breath. It is corporate, everybody in the community I believe are good people and it is out of there hands. But I have neighbors that are struggling with inflation as well. They just started charging for sewer as well. It used to be only water in. Now my water bill has doubled and I've been gone for a month. I am still happy to be here due to the price hike on all properties and I am able to afford it. I just wish we could have some companies that relate to the realities of what's happening in...

I have lived here 1 year and I love it. Right after I moved in the pandemic hit and all amenities closed activities stopped of course no fault of the management they had to. The people that live here most of them are nice friendly but not everyone is going to be happy all the time. Office and maintenance crew are great. When i had a problem with couple of things with my home i called the office and service came out right away and it was not an emergency situation either. The ladies at the front gate are friendly they smile and wave as you come through the gate. I feel very safe living here they also have a Rover that drives around checking each street keeping an eye out on things . As for the lot rent increase anywhere you rent apartment house etc the rent goes up that's what happens. The suggestion i would make to the Sun Company (not the office they don't make the rules )is if someone has lived here 20 years or longer they cap the lot rent to one price. I have lived in many different places and this is the BEST...

I love this entire Community along with the security staff Esther Etc. At the front gate I also appreciate the security and peace of mind it gives my grandparents along with me and the rest of their family members. They're always improving and adding new things. It gives me time to spend with my grandmother. Basically who raised me. Playing bingo I love Gulfstream Harbor. All the staff is great and knowledgeable. The only thing that I would say that they should improve on is. Maybe put in cameras along with higher. A nighttime neighborhood watch associate to drive the perimeters at night. Other than that, I love the amenities. I love that keeps my grandmother safe. And I give the staff the administrative staff and security staff a 100. Thanks...
