I want to support consignment shops, especially with retail today "big Box sludge" As a local who comes here frequently, I feel this shop is 100% a tourist trap. She will never go down on price for stuff that is very used or sometimes broken. Last summer was my last time in here when I wanted to buy a 10' orange dagger kayak and she wouldn't go down $$ It looked like it was missing a few parts and it was definitely not worth $350. She assured us it was water tight and ready to go. We brought it home and sunk after an hour paddle. It looks like they tried to hide the damage with some kind of a silicone. A local shop couldn't fix it they said the damage was hidden. So the owner of the shop thought she was sitting on gold when it's junk. If you're gonna buy stuff here, make sure you know it can be fixed. I have picked up many things here: snowboards/ skis and always feel I paid to much when I go home to do the reapairs.
