Would love to leave a great review, but unfortunately my experience here has been nothing but frustrating. I walked in about 2 weeks ago, explained I was looking for a couch suitable for an apartment that would be able to come up easily to a second floor. I was shown one couch. And was told that it was the smallest they had in the store. ( North Conway location). Was not offered to view other couches in their other outlets, and was not offered any other help in finding a couch. So, I was left not many options. Tried one couch, it was to big, and 2 young employees were sent to try and get it into my apartment. They both admitted to not having very much experience, nor did they come prepared. I had to offer them a tape measure and also helped them try and remove the couch legs. They both argued with each other about which way to turn the couch and had to stop several times. No success, it was brought back. I live 50 miles from that location, and had to drive back to the store again to find something else. Again, was not shown or offered other options. Was shown only one other different couch. I had to settle with that. I have 2 children and no couch in our living room, so I wasnât trying to be to picky. I was not rude. I tried to be understanding. Now here we are, one week later after picking a different couch, delivery was scheduled for today. Tomorow is my daughters birthday party.It was cancelled due to snow.Not only do I still not have a couch, but now I have to figure out last minute where everyone is going to sit for my daughters birthday. Snow was predicted for today (Saturday) and they called this morning with no concern. Then called at 1pm ( the time they were supposed to arrive were 1-3) and said they wouldnât make it, and would come Tuesday. 3 days from today. So in total Iâve had to wait just about 3 weeks for couches that were in stock at that location. I could have went to a furniture store 7 miles from my house and had a couch the next day, the only reason I went to allenwayside in Conway was because I was not looking to spend a ton of money on a small couch for an apartment. Couple years later tried another purchase. Couch set, delivered set different than what I ordered said person who wrote invoice made a mistake wrote wrong item on invoice. I talked with her in length about the set she even wrote color wrong. My ignorance is not knowing different description of different colors. BTW, How long have they been in business? You don't know one set from another? With a price difference as big? Refused to let me have what I ordered. In the end I ended up with what I didn't want. I had no choice Thru out old set to make way for new set. Hassle and Hassle. My opinion Used Car Salesman. please be careful, make sure invoice is as ordered. Everyone we encounter is always so attentive and helpful, however their delivery team is spectacular. Isaiah and Riley were so polite, efficient, helpful and patient. We admittedly were overly optimistic that the sofa we purchased would fit through our door frame. We fully expected them to bring the furniture into the house and we would have to figure it out ourselves, but they stayed, helping us maneuver each piece into the room we wanted them in. Once that was done, they stayed and helped reassemble the couch that we had taken apart trying to get it into the room. They went above and beyond, and we will definitely be back and have no issue recommending you to others....
