My Wife and I visited over the weekend and my Wife didnt want to ruin the night so she told me after we left so while we were there she had to use the bathroom and first time there not knowing where it was she tried asking one of the waitresses the waitress happened to have bright colored hair so when my wife asked her the response she got was " let me guess you think its down the hallway next to the bar" my wife responded " maybe i dont know where it is that is why i am asking where the bathroom is" the the waitress responded " i am so sick of everyone thinking its down there its not that is the kitchen " after a moment of awkwardness my wife had to ask again " well where is the bathroom " the waitress with a heavy sigh seemed not to know how to explain it and with attitude " i will just show you where it is" now in my opinion if this waitress is getting asked that much to be that pissed at a customer maybe there should be better signage with restrooms are located so customers don't have to get into that awkward situation and another thing that happened I was walking towards the bill breaker machine and a guy as he' was walking towards the office noticed a slip hanging out the bill breaker machine as I was walking up to it I had no intention of taking it he gave me a dirty look quick walked over and grabbed the slip and went into the office now we played the slots that night Yes their slots are penny but minimum is 50 line so it's 50 cents and the bill breaker / slip refund machine does not give change you would have to go to customer service to actually get change back most people don't want to deal with it if they can just using the automated machine and if it's only anything under $0.50 people are more likely just to leave it well what about like the rest of the casinos I've been to having some sort of plexiglass Dropbox that's a donation box to a local charity if you didn't want the slip and drop it in there for the local charity instead of it looking like the employees are taking slips...
Read moreMy husband and I, my cousin and her husband went to the valley for the weekend to check out the Revo casino and make our yearly appearance at the Fryeburg fair. Last night we decided to make it a Revo night, play some slots & black jack, and have a good time. Well, that didn’t happen because a member of the Revo casino security decided to Reprimand me physically, by putting her hands on me to turn my body around to tell me that I could not smoke my vape in that section of the casino. I felt very violated, embarrassed and angry. My sincerest apologies for not knowing I wasn’t in the non-smoking section because I was not aware however, the female security Jess, was completely out of line, and inappropriate. She had no right to physically put her hands on me when I was in no way a physical threat to anyone. She could have easily come over to me, and politely asked me not to do that, and told me that this was not the section where smoking was allowed. We were completely appalled, and she’s actually very lucky that I didn’t call the police, because technically I could have had her arrested for assault because again it was completely uncalled for and inappropriate. I would like to say that other than the very unprofessionalism conducted by Jess herself, we enjoyed our time there, and we hope to come back however, we don’t hope to see her face in there, and I just hope that you guys do something about her behavior because if you don’t one of these days, you might have a serious problem on your hands legally because she doesn’t know how to do her...
Read moreRev Casino is the first Casino I've ever gone to so my review may not mean much as ai have no standards to compare. I felt like I was at an adult arcade and ai often found myself chuckling at the animations and songs of each game I played. I never understood the objective of the games I played or really what was taking place other then the fact I'd either be winning or losing money. I liked the fact they had an indoor smoking section that wasn't just an area to smoke but a place you could play as well. I can say in confidence that their initiative towards cleanliness was impressive. The Casino was busy yet the staff remained diligent to keeping the games clean. Once someone left a station you could reliably see a staff member there shortly after disinfecting it. I didn't come to the Casino with the expectation of leaving with winnings in hand. I'm cheap. I know computerized systems are designed to handout winnings sparingly. I came in with a budget, withdrew money once, played freely and enjoyed my date night with my husband. It was a fun time and I'm sure we will be...
