We went to Conway today to help find my granddaughter find a dress for homecoming. We went to one dress shop found a dress but decided to go to Emerge to see what they had before we bought a dress. I'm so glad we went because we walk in they had a large selection of dresses. The lady helping us was very helpful. When my granddaughter was browsing through the racks she saw a dress that caught her eye. After trying it on she came out with smiles saying this is a ballarena dress I love it. She has a unique style so the dress was very flattering. So people when you are looking at the reviews on line for a store don't pay attention to the 3.8 star review because this store...

Our experience here was not pleasant at all. We went in looking for a homecoming dress for my niece. Upon walking in we were not greeted and no one even acknowledged we were in the store. We looked around the entire store and not one employee attempted to help us. My niece found a dress and went to the dressing room to try it on then finally someone came over to help and acted as if they all were too busy to help us at first. We became so frustrated that we no longer wanted to shop and just wanted to leave. They have some beautiful dresses but their customer services distracts from the potential...

I had a terrible experience in this store. I went dress shopping for homecoming court this last Saturday. I walked into the store, and received no greeting whatsoever. I begin to look through the dresses for about 10 min, and not a single employee came to help me (I was the only customer in the store). As soon as I find a dress to try on, an employee takes it from me, and lists a bunch of rules and procedures with the dressing room. I left as soon as I could. Terrible experience, and...
