Bell & Sward — Local services in Conway

After putting off buying a suit for too long, I ended up needing a new one on short notice and went to see these folks, and I just can’t brag on them enough. I showed up at a time when they were low on stock and had almost nothing in my size, but rather than just send me on my way, we found a suit that was close enough in size to work in a pinch and was offered the option to use it for a day and then come back and pick up a suit in my correct size and in the color that I prefer, all at no extra charge. Now, I can’t say that this is something that they do on a regular basis, but the fact that they went out of their way to help out a person who had put themselves in a bind is unusual, and, in my mind, exceptional.

I am giving this location 5 stars for customer service. Generally when you request something a store doesn't have you're met with crickets from employees etc. Not here! Though they could not accommodate my request, Erik did happily provide me a nice referral to a place that could. In today's society it's always refreshing to find true great service.
