A fine coffee bar, in my opinion.
Being a fan of C3's other location, I recently visited its nearby sibling. I was not disappointed.
There was plenty of parking, and the restaurant itself, though part of a strip mall, possessed the same warm, homey charm that I'd enjoyed at its counterpart, with nice, tasteful furnishings and plenty of seating (and of various kinds, to boot). This being a true coffee bar, a full range of drinks were available, from run-of-the-mill drip coffee to all manner of Italian-named specialties; but I couldn't resist their trademark cold-brew (which, also, proved as excellent as the other location's). Likewise, the baristas I met were friendly, attentive, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. And the clincher: a clean, well-maintained bathroom. Good stuff indeed.
Ultimately, my experience at C3 was fully positive, in a way that your typical Starbucks affair rarely achieves. Someday, I hope to return for a sequel.

Read moreOne of my usual haunts while looking for a chill Cafe to study and read for my classes. The atmosphere is inviting and quiet, with usually a few people about, although sometimes there can be clusters of college students here and there. It is a church Cafe, so they offer services on Sunday, and closed every Sunday for such. I am not a religious person, but it's never made me uncomfortable going. Everyone is super friendly and always greeting customers with a smile. Coffee is delicious with three varieties of beans that they roast themselves. They also have baked goods which are good, but not what I would say to be stellar. Don't get me wrong, some of them are almost too good to put down, but there have been a few that were dry or just not flavors for me. They also offer chicken salad and a few quick...
