BEWARE, NOTHING BUT LIES!!!!! If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. I went 3 weeks ago to have my 2 diamonds from earing placed into my wedding band were my wedding band had been cut. I took it in on a Saturday and was promised to be called back on Monday to give me a price. Waited all day Monday and no call so I call them and they had forgot about it. They told me a price then said no longer than the end of the week. End of week rolls around with no call again, so once again my husband calls and they say "we will call you when it's done". Well that kept telling us that "oh, just a couple more days or by the end of the week, we had to order another part, or we was just about to call you". Well my husband called again last night, after multiple times calling and even going by the store, and spoke to Matt AGAIN who said "I was actually working on it right now and am going to stay late and I should have it done in the morning". Well of course once again we was lied to. We waited all day and my husband called them this evening and they had still not got it done so my husband just went by the store and picked them up because obviously they was just going to feed us more lies and never get it done. they didn't even put my diamonds back onto the earing studs like they was when I brought them in so now I can not even wear my earnings. Hope you all are happy with yourself because that was supposed to be my Christmas present from my husband and now I have nothing because it's too late to take it to anyone else before Christmas. YOU HAVE RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!!!!! When they gave my jewelry back to my husband, my diamonds were separated from my earring posts so now I can not even wear my earrings and then had the audacity to say "have a merry christmas". Totally unacceptable!!! Matt just sat, hiding behind his little desk and never looked up at my husband, never appologized are anything. If that isn't the worst customer service then I don't...
Read moreWhat an awesome place! Originally I had gone here for an engagement ring and was left overwhelmed as there was mention of "gem cuts","gem size", and so on and just felt out of my league. My fiance at the time(wife now) and I returned as we planned a rather quick wedding and I needed my wedding band which was gifted to me from my grandpa, cut and resized. We met Melody(I hope I'm spelling it right) who helped us out. She took extra care of my grandfather's ring and the store was able to return it in quick fashion and even cleaned it from the looks of it. While messing with my ring, my wife was looking at wedding rings and Melody helped her find the style she wanted. We left and looked at some similar styles on the store's website and found something we wanted. Whenever we came to get my ring, we checked the stock of the ring my wife wanted but they didn't have it. The store hopped on it and made some phone calls and got in touch of the company and was able to get it to the store within three days. Once they got it, they resized it for my wife and even cleaned her engagement ring for free for our big day. What was originally an overwhelming experience turned into a phenomenal one and we truly couldn't have done what we did without this store's and Melody's help. We appreciate everything they've done for us and included a picture of our rings. The owner even talked to us and helped us out and we just truly appreciate it all and can't recommend this place enough. I know now that if I would have asked more questions they would have helped me more with the engagement ring and if I ever need jewelry, I know...
Read moreI have had two bad encounters with this company. The first encounter was with a necklace I bought a year ago. I asked for a picture of what it would look like (handwritten message on a necklace). I never received a picture or word about it until it was time to pick up the necklace. Once I arrived the necklace was not like I ordered. They offered me a discount to keep the necklace, but it was still pricey considering, so I requested it be redone. They did redo it, but then the necklace (which is suppose to be real gold, not gold plated) tarnished within a couple of weeks. I then had to take it back in to have it redone. They did make it right so I decided to give them another chance.
This past week I went to drop off two permanent necklaces I wanted to add a clasp to. A friend of mine had picked hers up less than a month prior. They charged her $32 to add the clasp to one necklace. When I went in to pick up my necklaces I was told it would be $120. I asked for them to verify the price and explained the situation. The lady then gave me the price of silver. So I was charged $44 a necklace. Matt was gone at the time, and asked for him to contact me. Once he contacted me he stated he meant to change the price and lower it. He stated he had bought this at a cheaper price, and would continue to sell them at a cheaper price until he had to purchase more. So with that being said.... I was still charged $12 more per necklace. However, had I not known to ask, I would have been extremely overcharged.
Needless to say after this second occurrence, I have lost all trust in this company and will no longer...
