I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent changes in the layout of the women’s plus-size section in your Mount Pocono, PA store. As a loyal customer for over two years, I was delighted to discover that the women’s plus-size clothing had been moved to a prominent location alongside other women's sizes. This change allowed my daughters and me to shop comfortably together, making the experience enjoyable and inclusive.

However, during my visit today, I was disheartened to find that the women’s plus-size section had been relocated back to the far side of the store, adjacent to the men’s clothing. This change left me feeling frustrated, as it seemed to diminish the visibility and accessibility of this vital section.

This location gets a 1 star just because they are RUDE and UNAPPRECIATIVE. First off I had a lot of great items that I wanted to donate and give away. The workers are not helpful and will NOT help you bring the items inside when you have multiple items and BIG household items at that. They expect you to squeeze things in their little shopping carts and bring everything inside. There need to be another plan or way of helping people when they are donating like other location in wilkes barre that have a truck where you can load everything inside. That makes no sense you have to carry ALL your big items in with NO help . They lost a customer and need to reevaluate their drop off service. They even said they did not have room for things when clearly they had space for a toddler bed but just was being Lazy...

Wow there is a definite change in the financial demographics moving into the neighborhood! A few years ago, this place would barely get a star but now you can find some amazing high end, good vintage and name brand items. Some with even tags still on them, for example my best find ever (and I do mean my best find, I thrift quite a bit in higher end neighborhoods, out of state, online) is a brand new (it's currently available on their website) with tags still attached Brooks Brother Cashmere, 2 button blazer!!!!
