The Landmark — Local services in Coolidge

My boyfriend and I stayed her through metro hospitality June/July. The location was great as it was super close to where his family lived. That’s the main thing that went well during our stay. Checking in was a bit odd. We got one email saying unit 3 and the door code which worked and the next email we got(almost 2 hours later) had a completely different unit listed on it with no door code. I messaged the phone number that was given and they said we were in the wrong unit even though that’s exactly what the first email said with the code? The apartment we stayed in was right by the pool which was convenient.. however even with the posted pool hours signs on the weekends it was a free for all.. Friday and Saturday night we were kept up well after 3 am with big crowds in the pool area. There’s two giant windows in the room one facing the pool and one facing what I believe to be the leasing office and fitness area. The lights in the pool area never turn off so those shine down into the room facing the bed. In the window above the bed there is a camera facing down into the office or fitness area however it made me nervous that we could be seen as well since I could easily see the camera face. They also never turned off the lights in this area either so you get lights shining in from both sides. So if you’re someone who needs to sleep in complete darkness like me, this could be an issue for you as it was for me. There were multiple lights burnt out above the bar in the kitchen area and a light out in the bathroom. The bathroom fan was not functioning. There also seems to be an issue of beetle like bugs getting in we had to kill multiple a day. My boyfriend’s mom was excited to have somewhere close to recommend family to stay in but we told her it wasn’t really up to par for hers or our standards to recommend. All in all I doubt we’d stay here again for our next visit...

Honestly this place is a beautiful place thanks to maintenance one in particular is a wonderful honest likeable guy who drops whatever to assist you! It's to bad that new management has changed the nice atmosphere I can see that from the outside and from how well the old management made it so wonderful in the pace even better I wish they were still here I kind of feel bad for the owner which has no clue on how much his wonderful business is not being run properly or fairly he's even aware of the things that this new management has done and how much she micromanages everything and does it so much that people on the outside say so much but hopefully it will get straightened out so all you wonderful tennants will have your nice...

Hey There! We lived in the Coronado Apartments for a full year and only moved due to my husband changing jobs or we would have stayed! We lived in a 3 bedroom 2 bath and it was so lovely, spacious and perfect for us. The open kitchen made it easy to have more than one person in there, the entire floor plan had so much space and storage. For the price it is incredible. While living here, we had positive experiences with neighbors, maintenance and the office staff; they underwent a lot of changes recently with new ownership and it is for the better.
