if I could give this place a zero star, I would I went in this morning with my daughter and husband , and there was an argument about line placement order between two parties and the security guard I wish I would’ve gotten his name was on his phone the entire time when things escalated Instead of calming the situation down, he was just adding to the fuel while he was still being seated and on his phone while the parties were still arguing about the placement.
It took an employee to come out from the back to try and handle things and then this is when we just left the facility.
there were other children in there as well and the security guard still being seated and not doing anything but again on his phone just adding fuel to the discussion. we didn’t feel the safety you’re supposed to feel when there is a person there for situations like this for him to just brush it off as though there weren’t children in the facility.
To end things off only one person behind the desk helping with 20 people waiting and she was the one who was trying to calm things down. what a shame. pick a...

Read moreI called trying to ask a question while applying for health care multiple times, when I got to the line it would hang up everytime saying the call line is too full call again later. So I drove 40 minutes to this office just for them to tell me they can’t do anything in office, not fill out any applications or anything since Covid. I’m just so curious why they’re still allowing people to come in. The only positive thing from this was the employee was nice and able to get me on the call log.
