Horrible experience, I came here knowing what I wanted, then got scammed by an employee here. I wanted 5 lines which they had a promotion for the 3rd line free, my bill was supposed to be $220 but the young man Ruben told me "If you added a 6th line you can take advantage of the deal we have which will make your bill cheaper". I kept questioning him about my bill but he couldn't give me a straight answer. After a couple days I got my bill and it's $260 and after calling Tmobile about this. Everything this person told me was not true.
Update: after speaking with reben he added me the the insider program but it takes 2 months for that discount to take affect..., also I called T-Mobile to find out was I was charged $215 on the day of activation and found it I had a security deposit plus fees for the lines. Read moreT-Mobile has no empathy for loyalty customers. Even though I started out with Sprint 20 yrs prior, I expected to be treated as a long term customer as well. T-Mobile would not finance a new phone due to being late in the past, even though the bill was current and paid up. I never had a problem with Sprint like that. So long as the bill was up to date, you could finance a new phone. And the phone that was purchased from them had completely stopped working! And the service rep kept robotically repeating some verbage in a way that was shameful that I had been late with my bill in the past, not understanding or having compassion for my past financial situation. He didn't attempt to seek management either. So me and my family went right next door to Verizon and was successfully able to get new phones/lines for the entire family. To H E L L...
Read moreEverytime I come here, each associate I’ve met have been patient with me and I think it’s because I come in respectful and patient with them as well. I don’t have any names to say as all interactions I’ve had here with each associate have been pleasant.
I do see time to time that they’ve been annoyed with other customers and I witness what goes on. So far, even with the customers they get annoyed with, they still do their best to keep their cool. It’s such a good feeling to see the associates relieved whenever they come across me because I always try to be understanding as much as I can be.
