All I can say is that it’s been absolutely great living at these apartments. You definitely pay for what you get. The layout of the apartment complex is super neat and clean. There’s actually so much here to offer you, from the fitness area, the game room, and the mini movie theater at the clubhouse to the cool moveable island in our unit. My son absolutely loves it here. The landlord is so creative and she does her very best to include everyone during the holidays from best pumpkin carving to free Christmas gift wrapping in the clubhouse. Absolute wonderful landlord. Also her husband Kelly is so cool he’s always available when we need fixes. It’s been honestly great living here.
So I moved in building 4 second floor back in May 2023 and nothing but good things to say about my experience overall, but there were some issues that we ran into with our upstairs neighbors unfortunately. And yes like any normal apartment complex comes the noises with living below someone, trust me I know. But unfortunately we lived above our landlord and we were being blamed for the majority of the noises. And it wasn’t like they were upset they were so polite and nice and just informed us that it was a bit loud. Which we at first thought came from us but then we realize no it’s upstairs being so loud that the noises are traveling below us. Believe me I didn’t think it was possible but yes.
So like any normal story there’s always two sides. I noticed that the people who lived above us actually left a 1 star review on here and I just wanna give our side of the story.
We totally understood that they have a two year old who unfortunately made a lot of noises. But it was really extreme to the point where they just allowed her to run around and do laps non stop all day. And we were like okay honestly it’s no big deal it’s just a little child. But it got to the point where we could hear the baby screaming bloody murder where we thought we needed to call the cops. And they would just allowed her to scream. And this just became normal right before we were about to sleep. Now I mention the cool moveable island, well it sounded a lot like they were moving that thing all through the night. Like they couldn’t decide if they wanted in their kitchen or in their master bedroom. And then there were days they were blasting music all through the day. Like geez let me have my morning coffee before you blast some music. I love Selena just like anybody else but listening to bidi bidi bom bom at 8 in the freaking morning when I’m trying to sleep in on my day off. Sorry No bueno. Honestly the most inconsiderate people that you wanted to live above you.
We ignored and ignored all of the noise because we didn’t want to complain. But it got to the point where the noises were being blamed on us. So we unfortunately had to leave to another unit. I even went up there and spoke to the wife and told her that I understand they have a little one but the noises needed to stop. And shortly after the noises just seemed to increase as if they were doing it outta spite.
I can’t speak on their experiences with our landlord only I can speak about our individual encounters with our landlord. And to be quite truthful Dina and her husband has been nothing but beyond great and professional. It’s really sad that these people are going to come on here and make it seem that they’re not obnoxious and loud and don’t care about the noises they make and make it seem like they’re being harassed when all they need to do is take care of their baby and turn the music down and not move furniture in the middle of the night. Trust me we lived right below them. They were so inconsiderate.
There was a time our AC went out and we needed to wait for it to be checked. During this time Dina and Kelly went and grab their own personal window ac unit and brought it up to our apartment so that we can sleep at night because I just sleep really hot. They also gave us permission to use the gym when it was closed. If this doesn’t tell you what kind of people they are then I don’t...
Read moreLiving here in general was a bad experience. Dina was constantly targeting my husband for everything. We usually left the weekends and wouldn’t come back until Sunday night and as soon as we would come back the noise complaints would start. I was literally at the apartment a couple days out of the week. My daughter has autism so it wasn’t that I would just “let her cry” or that we would just “let her do whatever she wanted”. They obviously don’t know what it’s like to have kids with special needs. To the guy that talked to me literally once has so much to say in a review but never talked to me more than once lol. He talked to me once and was mad because he said that Dina was bothering him about the noises. He said he didn’t mind but he said it was Dina bothering him about those noises. Dina has been very disrespectful towards my husband when talking to him every single time and if it wasn’t about the noises it would be about any other little thing. Y para toda la gente que sea hispana tampoco recomiendo rentar aquí , ya que los dueños son...
Read moreI have been living in this apartment complex for the past month and it has been a fantastic experience. The manager, Dina, is incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. She is quick to address any maintenance issues and ensure that the property is well-maintained.
The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean. I love the updated appliances and finishes, which give it a luxurious feel. The complex also has a range of great amenities, including a fitness center and community events that make it easy to meet other residents and feel like part of a community.
One of the things I appreciate most about this complex is its location. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, but still within easy reach of all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options that I need.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed...
