Busy with 1 broken and 1 working cash register, manager pulled me out of the line for the working register to ring me up on his mobile device. I told him that I could only do it if I can get a receipt(I need it for reimbursement). After payment, he told me there's an error then just kind of walked away. I had to check my bank to see if the charge even went through (it did). No email receipt sent, none printed. I've now been waiting 20 minutes since the people behind me in line Left the store, just trying to get a receipt. I wasn't asked to step out of line, it was just done, and I specified before anything happened that I absolutely need a receipt.
After about 20-25 minutes waiting, 2 staff still couldn't figure out a way to print a receipt, so I requested that they just return everything and I rebuy it so that I have a receipt. They start with the process, and I'm waiting with my card out for a refund and eventual recharge. They just hand me a zeroed out receipt showing an exchange of every item for a grand total of zero dollars. After wasting about half an hour more that I would have just waiting in line, i still don't have a receipt. The only way I know how much I was charged is by checking my bank account.
The employees were great, but either they surely need training on the point of sale systems, or the software needs to be updated/replaced. It's insane that I still couldn't get simple receipt, and wasted...
Read moreI really enjoy going to tractor supply and appreciate that there’s one in town for Coolidge but what makes the experience very lame for me is when I don’t get greeted at all by the female associates. I’ve had a few times I would come in and they would greet the people in front of me or behind me. As soon as I get to the register, they would be on their phones and look at me as if I’m the problem for disturbing them and I would be really friendly still even if it meant that the treatment I would receive is still unpleasant. From what I recall from my shopping trips, I barely speak to anyone regardless of not getting greeted by the front besides get asked by the male associates if I need anything. Really, I know what I need, but when I get asked anyways I let them help me because I’m already frustrated with the other associates.
I understand that what I am mentioning would probably have someone question why it’s a big deal to me but I’ve considered to stop coming to this particular location and moved forward with the Casa Grande location because I want to be able to feel comfortable shopping and not someone have an attitude at the register or when I ask for assistance. I’m sure everyone else would appreciate the same by wanting to feel welcome no matter where they go. I’m pretty sure nothing is going to change but I do hope it would improve for others...
Read moreI go to this store all the time because Casa Grande adds another 25 minutes to my trip. The employees here are usually always talking in the back and are not always the nicest. I had one older man that worked here laugh at me because they didn't carry the item I wanted to purchase. It was a display item only... why display something with a price and a sku number if no one can buy it? Also why is it funny that I was going to spend $350 dollars in your store but now I can't?
For those of you coming from Florence they don't open until 9a.m. on Sunday. The online resource is wrong and super inconvenient of you ever drove all the way to Coolidge and its not open.
If you have time just travel to the Casa...
