I have had my MacBook Air for at least 10 years and have never had an issue, until I went to do a OS update. I had no idea what to do and I could not get it to work properly. I called Experimax and they were extremely helpful, they asked me to bring my laptop in so they could look further into it to find a solution. They fixed it right away and knew exactly what was wrong. I thought for sure they would tell me it’s old and I need a new one. I was so relieved and impressed that they got it to work!! I have spoke to a couple of the employees and they are very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable leaving my laptop with them. They fixed it in a few hours and only charged me $49.99. I was shocked, as I was expecting it to be much more. They are very fair and I completely trust them. I am so happy to have found them as they are 5 minutes from my home. They assured me that it’s not outdated and should run great going forward. What a relief!! I have had work done at other companies on my windows computers and they always petrified me by saying that my computer was junk and charged me over $300.00, didn’t explain things in a way I understood. I would then think I needed to buy a new one because mine was outdated. I am so happy I purchased a MacBook Air, it has been the best laptop/computer I have ever owned over the last 26 years or so. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to bring their devices to these people. I am not computer savvy when there is a problem I can’t handle and these people did not take...

2025 update: I brought an older desktop in for some updating and while doing that work, another issue occurred, which happened to be a coincidence. Experimax corrected the issue that happened under their watch and when I brought it back in after getting home and having some additional issues with one application, they spent several days working on figuring out the issue and not only correcting it, but making sure it worked for me before I even left the shop. Their team is wonderful, Anna is communicative and open, honest and trustworthy. They are truly my IT team as an entrepreneur, and irreplaceable! As a fellow small business owner and green/eco-conscious decision maker, I have been going to see Anna and her team at Experimax since I learned about them, several years ago.

First for updating my cell phone, fixing my cell phone, fixing the same cell phone several more times, recycling my old desktop girl when it was her time, annual house visits to have checkups on my desktop and laptop, and finally to bring my desktop in to have her and her amazing team trouble shoot the issues I was having.

Anna is dedicated and goes the extra 100 miles to ensure you are a happy and satisfied customer. The shop is always clean and well run. The faces are familiar and welcoming, even staying a few minutes past closing, allowing me enough time to come and pick up my baby.

A cracked screen on my old iphone and my Mac labtop, with a crooked cover from being dropped needed to be fixed. Anna and her staff came to my rescue. The iphone screen was fixed and the battery was checked within an hour.

My Mac labtop however . . .the hinge to keep the screen and key board together was damaged. When closed the cover is crooked but it still works. I had taken it previously to two other computer repair services who indicated it was not worth fixing. No need to look at it.

Here's what Anna did: listened to my concerns about wanting to fixing it explored/investigated the parts needed and repair cost gave me information about repair, replace or buy new spent a great deal of TIME with me, so I fully understood my OPTIONS I appreciate the amount of time she spent with me. She was informative and educated me on things to consider to make a decision about fixing a 2009 laptop.
