I went there with three friends on Saturday, July 27 2024, to get food. We arrived at 9:15 pm. We were told to have our IDs, as usual, and we explained that we were just getting food. Bri, a bartender who has seen us there and has had full conversations with us several times before, told my pregnant friend, Ash, that her ID is expired. Bri went further to say that "if you go to a bar, then you should obviously have your ID." I asked her, "Is that still true for food?". Her response was, "obviously".
To make it even worse, 2 customers came out afterward and bragged about how they are 19 and 20 years old and did NOT get ID'd. So, if you're underage and need a place to drink, this is your place to be! Just know that the cops know all about it and are starting to watch the place more and more. The police showed up and thanked us for making a report because it makes it easier for them to watch the place and prevent underage drinking. They looked up Ash, saw she is 27 years old. Ash also showed Bri a picture of her ID, although she's pregnant and was only getting food, as we all explained multiple times to Bri.
When the cops showed up, bri walked away and tried to leave the property. I told the cops, pointed her out, and the male cop made sure she didn't walk away. But she tried.
My advice to patrons is to be careful when going here. The bartender could have calmly explained instead of chasing her out of the establishment and then screaming, "WHY DONT YOU COME OVER HERE AND PUNCH ME? COME ON, WHY DONT YOU DO IT?"
If Bri is still working here. Then, I hope the business owners make better choices when managing HR. If she is fired, then it's a great choice. I'd love to come again, but not if she is there. I hope to be back soon. I won't be solely for the unprofessional and aggravated actions Bri took. Realize this. Your employee almost caused an assault and a criminal case your company would have to deal with. Charges may or may not be pending. Figure it out...
Read moreIf I could rate this 0 stars I would. I have worked in the food industry in the past and this was no way to treat a customer. I placed my order at 3:07 on Friday for a 5:25pm pick up. My fiancé walked in at 5:15 and spoke with the bartender. Bri the bartender told him to take a seat as the broiler was not open and the food was not ready. I ended up parking the car and coming in as well. Nobody came to the table to see if we needed anything. The sever “V” made a drink gesture from the register and I shook my head no. Eventually the bartender asked us at 6pm if we have got our order yet. I said no. Bartender went back to the kitchen and brought out our food. The bartender stated that the cook said that our food was ready since 5:25 and yelled at the cook and server asking why they never followed up on the food. I asked if I could get a refund as my food was ice cold. I know that hot items are not supposed to be below 140 degrees and that cold items are not supposed to be above 40 which none of the food was to temp. We had to through our burger out as it was ordered medium rare and sat for over a half hour. We didn’t want food poisoning. The bartender stated that she can not give a refund as it was an online order and that I had to request it online. Well that isn't an option. I called the store Saturday and Sunday. Left a message both days for a the manager. The manager Mel called me back finally tonight. She was defensive from the beginning. Mel stated that it’s not there responsibility to track down customers if they are early for there online order. She said that the server “V” asked us if we needed anything 3 times and that she pulled the camera footage. She said that it’s my fault and that there is nothing she will do for me. I will NEVER...
Read moreThe service was abysmal. Our party of 3 came here for dinner at 6pm on a Thursday night. The place wasn’t super busy and appeared well staffed. We waited about 20-25 minutes before our orders were taken, then another 35 minutes passed and we still didn’t have our food. At this point we asked a server to check on our food, as we had a tour to get to. The server never came back to let us know the status of order. 10 minutes later we had to go to the bartender behind the bar and ask that they just box up our food to go as we wouldn’t have time eat it. A few minutes after that our server returned to take our payment, and then finally our food came out, well over an hour after we sat down, and well over 40 minutes since our order was put in. A 40 minutes wait for food might be understandable at a busy or under staffed place, or on a Friday or Saturday night, but it was really perplexing given the size of the crowd and the number of staff members. To make matters worse, they got one of our 3 burger orders wrong (gave us a Cali Avocado Bacon Burger instead of the Ultimate Bacon Burger), and they mixed up which burgers went with which drinks on the checks. Really just the worst restaurant service I’ve experienced in quite some time.
Now, once the food did arrive (in boxes, since we had to eat it on the go), it was actually delicious. So good quality is up there. Just be prepared for terrible service. The restaurant did take $5 off our checks for the delay, which was a nice gesture, but I still won’t...
