Worst customer service ever! Went in this morning to get some plumbing parts for an RV, was the only customer in there for 30 minutes. Parts didn’t exactly lineup as they should so I went to the front counter to seek help on an adjustment, two cashiers one male one female female was on the phone so I went to the mail, he told me that in a little bit he could help me. I looked around me at all the not customers and went back to plumbing to wait another 10 minutes went by as I heard him talking to two other customers. The Hennicks continue to amaze me with their service. Today Joanna replaced the window treatment in one of our bedrooms. She installed all our window shades new five years ago. One was not staying up correctly, she came, took them down, and then in about a week she was back and reinstalled. NO Charge. I love their family run business, real friendly small town service. Her husband Mike always has a smile, we ordered all our cabinets for the new house from him. You know they have a great business when all the employees are just as nice and friendly as the owners.

I always like to drop into this store when I am in Bandon. All the employees are genuinely nice and very helpful. I first became familiar with them several years ago when they were the only source for stain for my cedar fence. This store is very clean and organized inside and out.
