I recently moved back to this area and went to the Bandon store to resume my service after a four-year absence from this area. I had a horrible and frustrating experience there. When I entered, I was the only customer in the store and the young male clerk began to assist me, that is, until a young woman entered to pay her bill. The young man interrupted his conversation with me to attend to the young woman. When she left after five to ten minutes, our conversation resumed about my desire to open a new account. Once again, however, a young woman entered the store and presented a complicated problem that included her divulging of her private information. The employee demonstrated no concerns whatsoever about this breach of her confidential information. The employee wrote down a number and instructed me to call it, which I attempted to do. Meanwhile, he and the young woman continued to discuss her problem speaking so loudly that I was unable to hear anything, even after moving to a more distant part of the store. When I returned to the clerk's location, he asked what I had learned and I said frankly that I had been unable to complete the call because of the loudness of the conversation he had been having with the other customer. At that point, the other woman realized that she had intruded upon my effort to conduct my business and apologetically made an effort to redirect the clerk's attention to my business. The clerk gave no indication that he was prepared to serve me and I decided to leave the store and seek service elsewhere. I am seventy-five years old and have white hair. I have never experienced such blatant ageist behavior from a service provider! On reflection, I have tried to find some other explanation for his behavior but I can find no other excuse for it. Read moreSold us a phone while we were traveling, said it would work in New York. Their boss confirmed it. 2 days later they turn off service. We call and they say they canceled the service but won't unlock the phone either. If the phone wasn't 100 bucks I'd be going to court. I might anyway since they refuse to unlock phone, I got some money to waste.
Update: they didn't reply to email and locked her phone remotely. Going to BBB and seeking a lawyer. Next update soon lol. Hope yall got some...
