Michelle O, Thank you for your beyond perfect customer service today. I am on a toad trip and today my phone kept turning off. Id turn it on it would kept turning off . Passing through Bandon, Oregon, on our way to Golden Beach stopped at this Verizon to see what was wrong w my phone. Got their at 4:30. Michelle assessed the situation. Helped me get a new phone and line. Perfect. Ill be on my way. Nope. Michelle did everything to get me on my way, but their was a technical problem. Michelle called for tech help by 4 different reps. Every call she informed what she needed from them and gave a call back number in case they got disconnected. The first one dropped the call when she couldnât figure out how to help michelle. The 2nd one said she would not do that to us but couldnât help us either and recruited a 3rd person, upper help and the both could not help michelle. Michelle knew what she needed them to do to proceed, but no one listened. The 4th rep she called, she again gave her call back number. In case their call dropped, but this girl knew what she was doing just like michelle and they got everything handled together what a blessing. Michelle stayed after closing to make sure i had a phone, transferred all my info, applied liquid glass for me on my phone. Sounds like what they always do??? Lol. Nope! They closed at 5 and she didnt leave till after 8. Anyone else would have told us to come back tomorrow. We couldn't. We are on a toad trip. Passing through. She knows what shes doing and if i were her boss or Verizon i would advance her or give her a raise. Thats the kind of employee you keep on board and take care of.    Read moreMichelle went far above and beyond to provide the best customer service we have ever received from a wireless store! After 1 hour of being transferred into Neverland over the phone, we went into the Bandon location..shortly before 5 PM. We had paperwork in hand, and through no fault of her own, Michelle was polite and friendly as she helped us to establish our business account. Bless her heart, she had to repeatedly keep submitting paperwork, than resubmitting. Than emailing, than since the store didnt not have a scanner that worked, I had to email the documents myself from my cell phone. Long story short... she was gracious and kind. Even ran into problems trying to process our payment...... at 9 o'clock at night, when we all should have had dinner and been gone from this store. Murphys law did not allow the payment to go through, so we still left the store empty handed and she was apologizing profusely. It was not her fault whatsoever. We chose Verizon originally because when I did some research, I liked that they do give back to the communities where they serve customers. This experience would have been a total put off and likely led us to another phone carrier, were it not for her utter kindness and determination to help us. I can only hope that she receives recognition and the proper commission for our business account setup. The 3 team members at the Verizon store so far have been great to deal with.
