We usually really like to go here for a quick and easy dinner, and usually place an online order with no problem. We placed an online order at 7:40p.m and the app said it was ready at 8:00p.m. We get to subway and don’t see anything ready for pickup, so we wait in line for about 10 minutes while they finish up a previous walk in. We say we have an online order and are told it’s not ready because they’re (profanity here) busy and that they’ll probably make ours after they help the people behind us. We wait inside while others that walk in are being helped. Then around 8:30 we are told that we can step in line after all customers had left and tell him the order, even though we placed it almost 50 minutes prior and he had the ticket with our order on it in front of him. Read moreOrdered on app on 2-19-17, sat in the store for over an hour while waiting for the worker to serve every other person who came in after us, and then when we reminded her, people who order on the app are to be served as if they are the next customer in line, she was rude, and then the manager contacted me after I wrote a complaint on the app, offering to send me coupons for compensation and not only did we never receive them, I emailed her once more, and let her know, no I wasn't upset because she didn't send out the coupons, I was upset because they handled the situation terribly, tried to compensate, and never did, and now they are ignoring me, and all of my messages. I was told three or four times I hadn’t bought my food from the dementia patient running the cash register who couldn’t remember what was said or what she was doing five seconds after. When we started trying to get clarification on what was going on one of the others told us we were confusing each other and we had it all there so we left. Only to hear the old lady running the cash register try and say AGAIN we hadn’t paid.
