Well, the Employees and service was Nice. The store is definitely doing excellent with customer service in a professional way. I only give 1 star towards the experience with the online chat turned into a phone call by one of Spectrums sales person . Totally lied. What should have been an easy 49.99 charge a mo. For internet service . The one and only service I strongly assured that is it, nothing else. Except I would like to pick up the equipment today. Oh. No worries he said. No problem . Anyways far from the truth or reality for that matter. When I went to the store the awesome staff there tried to help me. But they had no luck. The spectrum sales guy on the phone had the account created locked from any changes. Which were charges of , tv services, connection fees , taxes and the equipment he said I could pick up that day ... not happening. Well in the end I left the store with the equipment and happy and all. Except it literally took up my whole day off to complete this simple task. No one in the store was able to assist me until I contacted there support via phone. Close to an hour this time on the phone in the Spectrum parking lot. ...Hold on.... I'm opening a letter from Spectrum now.. anyways I would suggest using the App or website to schedule an appointment and not do anything over the phone with these phone sales people. Really I would not do it ever again. I am just sharing my experience. Not a customer after viewing what the monthly charges will be. Hope your experience goes well.    Read moreWent in to make some changes to my account. Was paying almost $350/month and it was just too much especially when we hardly use the cable tv at all. I was curious about what new options they had. I had heard about the new Xumo box and that it was a cheaper alternative to cable and could still stream a lot of channels. The staff member that was helping me was by far the worst salesperson I have ever encountered anywhere. He knew absolutely nothing about any of the products he was selling. I asked multiple times about wanting to see what my options were for different products and he could not tell me anything. When I asked about the Xumo box he told me that it had 0 regular channels and only had access to Hulu, Disney+ and Paramount+ and that was it. I knew this was false, but it was clear that I wasnât going to get any useful help from him, so I just cancelled all my tv services and left. He never once tried to give me any information about any other services and it was obvious he was just clicking buttons on the screen and couldnât even tell me about the pricing structure other than what was on his screen. At one point he literally turned his computer around and showed me the price on his screen and said âsee, thatâs just what it saysâ. I donât know if theyâre just so hard up for employees theyâll put anyone behind the desk, or if the management is just clueless.    Read moreThis is the most frustrating company to work with for internet. I called September 23 to cancel service since I was moving out of state, 14 minute call and they didn't finalize the request. September 29 returned the equipment and their staff said that the account was closed. October 6 called for 13 minutes to have the final bill fixed for service ending in September and not charging in October since I didn't even have the equipment, which the lady said it was taken care of. Called October 11 for 17 minutes to still get final bill for September and make sure service was disconnected since I didn't have equipment. Called October 19 for 35 minutes to get final bill and found out that the service was still not turned off, even though the equipment was returned in September, and the Retention Rep supervisor said that they won't back date the end service date because the previous workers never turned off service so there was nothing they can do. THEY STILL HAVEN'T SHUT OFF SERVICE AND THEY HAVE THE EQUIPMENT!!!
I would give 0 stars if it let me. Stupid people work there and nobody can complete a job or follow through. I guess they don't want me to pay my final September bill because I'm NOT paying for time I don't...
