I have patroned this shop for over 8 yrs. The weekend staff is delightful. The previous owner & current owner are Awesome! However, the weekday staff lacks Happy Promt Customer service skills. She nearly never smiles, is generaly rude & has no interest in making sure you have an over all Pleasent experience. She has neglected to pull items from the floor, I was clearly there to pick back up (as they had not sold yet). I have to go back though all the sizes, of the inventory I brought in, to be sure I've rcvd back everything. I have brought this to mngmts attention, as well as informing them this employee is unprofessional. The same staff is still there...it has been 6 months since I've shopped there. Recently I went in on a Sat, as Marria is Fabulous! And learned the same weekday staff is still employeed...sigh...this is sad bcz I wish for the shop to be All that it an Be!! It is Well Kempt, Smells pleasent, all incoming cloths must meet a High Standard of cleanlyness & care, Prices are kept very affordable!, plus the shop allows for a very nice compensation for your sales. Love the store and love...

I will never do business with this company again, I will never step foot in their store, and I will go out of my way to discourage others from wasting their time and money at Babies N Things. I consigned items and while I was negligent in holding up my end, they were also negligent and will not admit to the fact. They accused me of breaching the contract while they did the same. The owner is very self serving and doesn't care to communicate or work with other people in a professional manner.

And in case the owner actually bothers to read this review I would like to point out that the definition of the word 'accounting' (as read in Meriam Webster Dictionary) is: the system of recording and summarizing business and financial transactions and analyzing, verifying, and reporting the results. Your company failed to provide an accounting (a report) of the results of the items I brought to your company. How is this place still open? $5-$7 for toddlers shirts and selling these umbrellas for $8 (see pics) when the original price is still on it for $3!! -Selling used clothes for full price ?? 🤯 & $80 for a used rocking horse that’s a little beat up. $80 for a wooden toddler bed set that is in pretty bad shape. This is insane.
