I have been a Costco Member since it was originally called Price Club, which was over 20 years ago, in California. I moved to the area of Tamarac in 2013, and when this Costco opened, I was thrilled. This is an amazing Costco, and it is the only Costco that is well kept and customer friendly in my experience. I want to make mention of the Optical Department, in which I believe Jill is the Manager. All of the Opticians who work there are excellent, knowledgeable and patient. I only get my glasses from this Costco, and have for years. Costco has the best prices and a quality selection, and the deals they have on progressive lenses is top notch. I highly recommend to all those looking for quality at a good price, check out Costco. They definitely stand by the products they sell.

Costco Auto Shop is my next Excellent Review. I went in there today for a tire check on my 2019 Honda Civic, as my low tire pressure alert kept coming up, after I filled it several times in this past month. I dropped by and met with Lenny, who is very nice and knowledgeable, and he took the time to check my tires, personally. He then asked Kenya, another nice and knowledgeable person working in the auto department, to check and rotate and repair and balance my tires. He found a large screw, which was able to be removed and repaired, and the car is back to where it should be. I recommend Costco Auto, very highly. These people take pride in what they do, and they are honest and stand behind their work. When the time comes for me to get tires, I certainly will get it from them. Thank you, Lenny and Kenya, for going above and beyond, in helping me today. I appreciate you both, very much! It is now September 5th, as I update my review of Coral Springs Costco Auto Department. As mentioned above, it is now time for me to purchase tires, and Lenny is my GO TO PERSON OF CHOICE. I was informed by my car dealer that I needed 4 new tires, and I told them I was getting tires at Costco. They claimed they would exceed Costco in pricing, so they gave me an estimate with a two year warranty, on the same tires I currently had that came with the car. I went to Lenny, at Costco and did not share the actual price I was given by my dealer. Lenny looked up current sales going on at Costco, and it turned out that Costco surpassed them, not only with pricing, but they have 4 Michelin Tires with coupon savings, plus 5 year warranty, plus Hazard Road package and Nitrogen, and installation, and their price was way lower than what was presented to me by the Dealer. I must praise Lenny at Costco Coral Springs Auto, as he is honest, caring and really knows his stuff when it comes to Tires. I highly recommend Costco Auto, and Thank you, Lenny...You...

I have always said how much I like Costco and a couple of months ago I even bought tires here because the price was a little less, but they throw in the balancing, valve stem, rotation but more importantly flat/road hazard repair/replacement. So I got a flat on one of the tires I got about 6 months ago. It happened at night on July 4th. I went to the store the next morning and was on line before they opened. Even though I was 3rd in line, they said I had no appointment and would would have 2 wait 2 hours to see if they could get to me. We'll 2 hours later I asked if my care was ready, he said that it hasn't been looked at yet. I went to the front desk and asked for the store manager. They sent out some assistant manager who asked what was going on. I explained what happened, and he said he would check it out. He came back 5 minutes later and said my car was next to go in . He stated that because I had no appointment is why I am waiting. I gave him my why I had no appointment and added that if I went to a gas station or tire center, I would be in and out in 20 minutes. I also stated that you never know when you're going to get a flat. He replied I could have made an appointment online. This is not posted anywhere or on your receipt either. He wanted to know how he could make it up and asking for 3 things, which were all denied, including the $1,50 hot dog. I now said I wanted to see the store manager. He came down about 5 minutes later and asked how he could help. LOL The assistant manager was still here and filled him in. He stated that I didn't need an appointment but had to wait for an opening. I explained to him how other major tire centers operate for flat repair, and he replied that their system operates by appointment only. Realizing he just contradicted what was previously said by them, I told him I have been a very satisfied customer for many years, but I can't recommend to any friend or family to ever buy tires from them. He said he was sorry to hear that. With that, his phone rang, and he told me my car was ready. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes to fix a flat!!!!! I didn't tell him I had done reviews seen by over 88,000 people. I will repeat, I STRONGLY SAY DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM COSTCO!!!!!!!! Updated 07/10/25 We still like Costco for everything except, THEIR TIRER CENTER!!!! Updated 10/18/25 We still like this place alot and shop here weekly. Beware of short freshness codes of about 3 days in baked goods, but goods are excellent quality. Still suggest you don't buy tires from them as you will need to make an appointment to fix your flat tire, compared to regular tire store where you can just walk in to...

They were complete jerks and didn't want to help. My wife and her mother have the costco account for our household. They show the same address on both cards. They do 99.99% of the shopping, so they hold the two cards. However, in the off chance that a male of the household is sent to the store producing a valid drivers license with the same address as both cards on the account. The store deemed it reasonable to attack me for doing what I was asked by my wife to purchase. The young female employee treated me as a thief while they scanned the costco card as well as took my debit card with them. i asked to have it, and they told me to wait. They learned i wasn't a thief and then proceeded to ask if my wife was there. She was out home with our sick infant, and my mother in law was not available. So I was sent being the only choice. After the girl gave my items back, Luis got aggressive and threatened to call the cops and have our families costco card revoked. When i attempted to video tape the atrocity that was unfolding, they said i couldn't, and it was a private space. I have never heard of such an attempt at a civil rights violation. You can even see he tried to take my phone!!! but i guess jerks dont want to be video taped being jerks!!!! So i leave the goods and go complain after being threatened with police action. I am so threatened that after going to customer service, i throw up outside!

I try to file a complaint, and all they want to do is sell me more. I offer to purchase a business card for a business my wife owns, and nope, they want me to get my own... I asked repeatedly to file a complaint, and i am handed a suggestion box slip!!!! I say no, I'd like to file a formal complaint. They say thats all we can help with. complete disrespect. As i walked out feeling betrayed, hurt, & defeated, by Costco, Luis, the lady in customer service that kept trying to sell me another policy but not business they "allow me to purchase the items"

In todays day in age, how can someone desire to weaponize law enforcement when i have a valid account and a valid reason. That same person tried to violate my rights and take my personal property. All after confirming, i didn't steal a womans card, calling my wife who had a crying baby, and another running around. This was a complete failure and breakdown of humanity on so many levels. They were absolutely unacceptable and disgusting in behavior! They had multiple opportunities to do the right thing, but...

I'm not a big fan of club membership gigantic warehouse stores. Not because it's not worth it to belong (hey, I pay my annual $60 membership if only to buy cheaper gas), but because it's a chore to get in and out of the warehouse. But also, I can't help myself sometimes, inevitably spending more than I intended. If you really need to get your daily 10,000 steps in, if you have the luxury of time, or if buying in bulk is your style and paying $300 at checkout doesn't phase you, then Costco is great. Obviously, value is subjective. Was it worth it for me to park a considerable distance from the entrance, then walk to the back of store to buy a couple trays of pre-sliced kosher cheese and grapes? I'm not sure, but I did it anyways. Had it been a sunny day, no way. Given the price of meat these days, we've been buying Impossible Burgers. If you dress them up a bit with lettuce, cheese, tomato, onions, pickles, mustard, etc. they are deceiving good. One more thing, if your annual membership lapses, and you chose to renew it within 90 days, they keep your original end date for the next renewal period. In otherwords, when you renew within three months of the expiry date, even though you didn't use the card to shop at Costco, you effectively lose those intervervening months and are charged for them as if you had renewed on time and there was no lapse. Next time my card lapses, I will wait three months, if I chose to renew at all. This policy leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

We were in the Coral Springs area and wanted to check out this Costco location to see if they had any Lunar New Year specialty items. We were in and out fairly quickly as we only had 30 minutes to kill before we had to head back towards home. I was really surprised at how non-chaotic this Costco was. All Costco's are usually ALWAYS chaotic! This location was very clean and organized. We were lucky and caught some sampling stations during our visit too. I have a Costco membership, but rarely go. When I do go, I love checking out all their seasonal options or new finds. I felt like a kid in a candy strolling through the aisles and picking up some good stuff on this particular visit. I was excited to try the mango, sticky rice, spring rolls, shrimp ravioli and lobster sauce and soup dumplings. Stoked they had Humm Mango Passionfruit in bulk. Yesssss!!! The lines at checkout we're not bad at all. Almost nonexistent lines. And if you know Costco, you know this is rare. Fun day shopping at Costco! Super reasonable prices for bulk items here. Five stars for this being such a chill location. Rare find for sure!!!
