I was told my order would be done in 5-7 days so I paid for the grill. I told him I had an event in 10 business days (14 days) I was assured there wouldn't be a problem. So a week goes by and nothing. I shoot him a text and he says he's super busy so it's gonna take "up to 10 business days" then I again tell him thats now cutting it close for my event. Of course on the 10th business day I contact him and he says it's going to take him until the middle of the next week to finish! At this point I'm so frustrated with his lack of communication or caring that I let him know. He assured me that he would make sure my grill came out perfect. His exact words I believe we're "I don't cut corners I'll make it perfect" also said he would include free overnight shipping, case, and cloth. Long story short I finally got my grill the next week (13 business days) and you could tell he didn't spend much time on it at all! He 100% messed it up on purpose. He must've thought it was some type of joke! He rushed it and sent me a 5 gram waste of gold! My teeth overlap on the bottom front and the grill was straight. It hurt my teeth immediately after putting it on. It's a 5 gram paper weight really! So of course I try and contact Korry and he now doesn't respond to my text messages, just totally stopped responding to me! Then get this, a couple days later he sends me a text saying "THAT'S WHAT YOU GET FOR RUSHING PEOPLE LMAO". So don't ask him what's going on with your grill because he will mess it up on purpose and refuse to fix it! I've NEVER had a business do something grimy like this until now! He's a scumbag, 0% chance I'd recommend him to anyone! But Karma is a mofo and things catch up to you when you pull dumb stuff like this at your place of business!

I have everything in text message! He changed the timeline at least 3times then had the nerve to pretty much admit he messed mine up on purpose. I'd love to post the text messages because they show everything! No need for me to explain the situation... "Benzino" is a scam He said EVERYTHING was disclosed up front???? This guy is a freaking BEAST at what he does. And his service is amazing I've texted him late at night and he would always respond. ( mind you I didn't even buy a grill right away I questioned him for weeks because I like to see and know facts before i buy ANY jewelry , especially a grill and he STILL worked with me extremely politely, most jewlers would of ignored me) I asked him to call me back at a specific time, he would call.
