Spikey Ty — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Placed an order over the phone for pick up. Got to the restaurant and picked it up. Paid, checked the bag and saw that the box was wrapped so couldn’t open and check if the order was right. But they had the receipt on the bag and the lady repeated it back to me so i assumed it was correct. Got back to work and they gave me white rice when i wanted fried rice. When i called i asked if they can have a new plate delivered this this since I’m on my lunch break. They said originally it would be 30-40 min. Then when i confirmed i wanted it delivered they said it would take an hour. So gave mt address. I hung up and shortly after i opened the box and tried a piece of the chicken to see how it was (I’ve only had their food twice) i didn’t like it at all. I ordered general zso chicken and it tasted like orange chicken. I called back to see if they can send me something else instead. A different lady answered and said they can’t send me anything different, only to replacement. Then said that i have to bring the plate back and they can give a refund then make soemthing new, even though the other person i spoke with said they can deliver the food to me. The woman was rude from when we ordered the food until the last call. I will never order...

We had ordered sesame chicken dinner special, roast pork egg foo young, pork lo mein, and the egg rolls, and I have to say, we were delighted! We've been trying to find a new Asian restaurant to order from for years now as the ones we used to order from have dropped severely in quality. All of the sesame chicken was actually edible! I've always had tough/inedible pieces from other places, but this place gets it right. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked right. Someone also seemed to have snuck in 2 pieces of mini-looking pork gyoza I think it was. Whatever they were, they were delicious and I will be ordering those next time! The pork lo mein was also good, and actually tasted fresh and not mushy as if it was sitting for hours to be reheated. The egg foo young tasted great and had a nice portion size. I've eaten here on several occasions and the food is good, but tonight I had a very bad experience. I ordered two spicy tuna rolls to go which came to $14.73, I handed the woman a twenty and she gave me 27 cents and i didn't question it because her English was not good. I thought perhaps she said 19.73, but after 25 min. she came out with my order and the receipt. Sure enough it said 14.73, when I brought it to her attention she tried to tell me twice she had given me the five dollars; I insisted she had not and even proceeded to show her inside my wallet. She then began to speak an Asian language with a co-worker and walked over to the register and pulled out a five dollar bill. She handed it to me and they both stood their with blank looks on their faces and offered no explanation or apology.
