Iâm reaching out to share a disappointing experience I had recently. My daughter kindly placed a GrubHub order from your location on my behalf, as I was unable to leave the house due to waiting on time-sensitive packages that required signature confirmation. Unfortunately, the order was never delivered to me.
After receiving my packages, I visited the store in person to see if there was any way to resolve the issue. I understand that since the order was placed through GrubHub, Tropical Smoothie may have limited ability to assist with refunds. However, I was disappointed with how I was treated during my visit. I felt ignored and that my concerns were dismissed, which was particularly disheartening given that I hadnât eaten all day and was already feeling stressed.
I fully understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of empathy from the staff and the unwillingness to even acknowledge the situation added to my frustration. Itâs concerning to me that this kind of experience may reflect poorly on Tropical Smoothie, even if the delivery issue was out of your control.
I hope that in the future, better support and care can be extended to customers when issues like this arise. Thank you for your time and consideration. I and my daughter wonât be doing any business with Tropical Smoothie...

I used to love the chia seed oatmeal pudding, but lately itâs been Extremely soggy every time I order it, even the oats and Sometimes the granola. Even if I eat it right away. The hot food is never quite hot either; the cheese doesnât melt properly in the middle and itâs just lukewarm at best. This has happened every time Iâve been lately. Gave 2 starts because I know they can be good.

I get so frustrated because it says on my smoothie what was supposed to be in it and then thatâs not how I receive it. My most recent experience I ordered my food. And arrived when it was supposed to be done. Then sat in line for 10 minutes. When it was my turn at the window they handed me the tip screen after I had already paid online and then asked me to pull forward. I said my order was supposed to be done 15 minutes ago and then said âwell everyoneâs food behind you is done.â Would rather go to power...
