Yesterday was incredibly difficult for me. Due to waiting on important packages that required a signature, I was unable to leave my home, and a GrubHub delivery I was relying on unfortunately never arrived. I hadn’t eaten all day and was feeling very distressed by the time I came into your store.
The compassion and generosity shown by your baristas went above and beyond what I ever expected. Their kindness turned a tough day into something memorable, and I genuinely appreciate everything they did to help me. They truly deserve recognition—and a raise—for the care they provide.
